Ordered a jersey in spetember, has been 3 months since then. No updates on the order whatsoever. Tried contacting on the mail, no replies. Tried calling, bnobody receives the call.
It was a prepaid order worth 900 approx.
48422 was the order id.

We ordered Football jersey online via footballmonk.in and paid online via credit card.
the company has refused to send product.

they do not pick calls or reply to emails.

Then we placed order for cash on delivery, Tshirt for second order came and that is when the delivery guy said they are fraud company....

Dear footballmonk, i had ordered two jerseys from your site, with same order id --52598 but i have only received one jersey and the text message is showing that they have delivered both of the jerseys but i got only one.I am very disappointed.please resolve this issue.I have already paid for that jersey.

I had placed an order for a jersey on the 12th of October and it has been 8 days and I still haven't received it. Your customer support number also keeps cutting my calls and I have got no response to my previous email either. Please respond by today as I am getting worried about my product and this website.

My order is is 50644. I had ordered three jerseys with shorts. They have sent me on two jerseys without shorts. There customer care number is not reachable.

On their website they mention that shorts will be provided along with the jerseys. However I did not recieve any and they have not responded to any of my emails. Very disappointed with the service.

I ordered a customized Arsenal Home Jersey on July 22, 2021. The order id is #39995. The order is still in process after more than 1.5 months. They are not responding to my mails, their number is not reachable. On their website, it's written that they take 5-7 days for customized jersey. Very disappointed with their services.

My request for cancellation of customized jersey order from footballmonk.in on September 6, 2021 has not been processed. The seller is not responding to my email and no further communication has been made by them after repeated contact.

I had placed an order on 25/8/21 got tracking details 3 days later but on 31/8/21 after several failed attempts of pickup from the shipper side the courier got cancelled and still have to recieve a refund

I had made the order for customisable Barcelona jersey for a gift earlier this month. I got an SMS saying dispatched and tracking is from delhivery after a week, but then two days later I got notified from delhivery that the order got cancelled from the seller side. Ever since I have been contacting football monk through their email id (their contact no doesn't work). They replied saying it will be dispatched soon and no there is no update or reply.

Order #36641 was placed on June 25, 2021 and is currently Delivered but I didn't received PSG jersey along with the barcelona jersey. I made sevral attempt to contact customer care and email them about my concern but they didn't turn up with any answer. I would like to have my refund for the jersey which was not delivered.

I had ordered 2 jerseys from that website on 22 June 2021 which I received on 28 June 2021. I had ordered both the jerseys in Small size and for some reason, I received one of them in Medium size. I contacted them through phone and mail to return the product to which they responded immediately. They said they will dispatch the small-sized jersey once they pick up the medium-sized one from my address. It has been 5 days since the product has been returned from my end and still no response from them, either by mail or on call.
Please look into it.

I had ordered 2 jerseys from this company but I haven't received any updates about the order yet, their phone no. is switched off not reply to email.

I ordered a Jersey on 5th June, 2021. Order no. #34402. The website said they will dispatch within 2-3 days. On 16th June I called them, and they told me they will dispatch within a maximum of 3 days. After that, I have been calling them since 19th June, no response on calls, mails, no update on the order.

Hi I had ordered a liverpool jersey and they gave me the wrong with the incorrect stitching(without shorts which they had mentioned). Now I returned them the jersey and since they have stopped responding to me, it has been 11 days, and they have even accepted the return order. This looks like a scam now to me . I have emailed them multiple times- no response. Their customer care number is useless- they just cut your calls now.

I made an order on 29 May 2021 and there are not updates from their side. Their customer support number just cuts the call and no replies to the email. The shipment tracking has stopped updating since 5 June 2021.

It is not just me, there are many others who have not even received their orders from the site.

Quite disappointing service.

I had ordered two jerseys and they had said it would be arriving in two to three days. I waited till the 4th day and called them. They cited lockdown issue and told me to wait another 2 days. I called them again and they again told me to wait another 2 days. It has now gotten out of hand. The order number was 33728. The customer service helpline has stopped taking my calls as well now. Very dissapointed

I ordered a shirt on 28th May, but the footballmonk folks have not dispatched it yet and they are replying to my emails. If they can't dispatch they should refund it. The contact number provided isn't working. Very bad experience!!!...

I placed an order (order no. 29434) almost 2 months ago on April-14th 2021, and since then there has been no progress. I have called the customer so many times and every time I am promised that my order would be delivered within a day and so far it has not happened. The website mentions that they are dispatching orders within 2-3 days but they are not. They are not even giving me refund. I feel cheated.

In my order #31823, I received the jersey but didn't receive the shorts along with it. Whereas it was clearly mentioned The kit included shorts.
My order was "Manchester United Jersey 2019-20 - Home Kit".

And it was also mentioned "Few products might not contain Shorts pictures. But it is assured that shorts will be included for all Plain jerseys."

I ordered [Premium Quality] Manchester City Home Jersey 2020-21 × 1 on September, 2020. My order was confirmed and money transaction was also done. But till the product was not delivered to me.

How do i get back my Money? Please HELP!

I ordered 4 jerseys and 1 mobile case on 1st March They delivered just the case and after chasing via emails and phone calls finally acknowledged that 1 jersey was not available. After another 3 emails and 3 phone call managed to get it changed. Then 3 days later when I enquired was given a consignment which now after 4 days still showing not ready for pick up. I paid total Rs 4071.

They gave the order confirmation by email and as I paid by debit card, I was waiting for my order and now I am trying to reach to them and they are not responding at all. No updates on my order what so ever.
I hope you look into the actual existence of this website, maybe it's just a fake fraud. Please look into it.

On September 27 2020, I placed an order on the aforementioned website for a jersey and shorts, the order was pre-paid. The company never shipped my order, on 17 October 2020, the courier partner cancelled the pickup due to no response from seller for pickup.
Since 27 September I have tried reaching out to them via email 7 times, but there is no positive response from them. They are not even acknowledging that this was an unfulfilled order. Nor are they wiling to initiate a refund.
It is not just me, there are many others who have not even received their orders from the site.
