I have purchased a handbag online from pantaloons worth 1250/- and hardly after one month it's straps are breaking from different places.So bad quality it is.

I purchased a pair of block pumps for interview purpose and it was the worst mistake as I wore it to the interview and it keeps coming off from back as you walk. You can not walk even 5-10 steps in it without it coming off. Plus the leather is of such sub standard quality, it came of with a mere rub from my other leg. It got scratched at the toe area on the very first time I wore it. I had gone for a cabin crew interview and I had to keep limp walking the entire time. Also, please note that it was a perfect size, not a large size that it should come off like that. Anyway, I thought maybe it's my leg and something to do with the fit and not the shoes. Fast forward to now, my mother had to go for an interview and she faced the exact same problem. It also broke the same day. The sole came off. It is such a huge embarrassment and inconvenience. Extremely uncomfortable. I got it last year and only wore it twice and once worn by my mother and it's done with. Absolute waste of money. As I said I brought it for my interview, I purchased it on mrp of 1299 from Pantaloons, Viviana Mall, Thane. I am mentioning the product code on the inside of the shoe. [protected]

I bought a shoes from pantaloons of 1000, and it is of very bad quality as in one has bump in it. I bought it from karol bagh store. Although the problem is only on the right shoe not on the left. Please help me resolve this, because i don't have tag, i removed it to wear and then i found this. Please help me as it more than 15 days i bought it..
