I received my much awaited dress from Forever New and I paid 4k for the dress but it's not worth it as it is faded, dusty and dirty.

I hereby confirm that I don't need any stupid store credits for the return of this dress. I DO NOT NEED A GIFT CARD TOO.

Please return my money spent back to the source account. I'm very very unhappy with an Australian brand sending cheap unsold items to India.br...

I order one shoe from there site on 1 st sep, as I returned order bcz of size issue they didn't gave me back that shoe rather they gave me voucher code with valid till 4 jan. That code I cant order on sale time I waited so long for that to over. After sale I ordered so many time but eveytime they cancelled my order. Now whenever m going to order that page is showing not available, . I sent them screenshot also but everytime they are giving excuses. I told them ok u order from ur side that also they are doing. And giving me responses in 15 days evrytime . Now its been 4 month m facing the issue. Now only 1 month left for voucher expiry. 3600rs is not the less money .
I m struggling this from very long time and still they have not done this.

So I m lodging this complaint against them . Please do this needful.
