Hi,
I have booked one flat paying 1 lakh as advance back on 2019 in Fortuna blue wings. Later as the titles were not clear and satisfied, I had to cancel the booking asked them to return the amount. It's been almost two years they didn't return the amount. Also they have changed their office address and the new location is not updated...

I am an NRI and have booked a flat with Fortuna Projects-Wind Flower in April 2012 by paying the booking amount of Rs 1 Lakh. Though the project was supposed to kick off in 2012 but that never happened till 2014. The company asked us to sign the agreement in April 2014 or take the booking amount refund without any deduction. Good apartment to buy , legal papers intact , I hav taken lone frm sbi bank fr the project , clean people told me abt the delays in previous project before I could ask and showed me proof of construction finance frm hdfc bank to build , yesterday they have done the poring fr the first slab over all happy nice location...
