I have been trying hard to get the refund but as per them there is no such policy.
Marketing/Sales team have done alot of fake promises at the time of enrollment but as per reservation team whatever the policy have been told by them doesnt exist at all (At the time of booking the hotels)
Its a pathetic service and we are very much regret that we took the membership from fortune holiday, I have requested for multiple times but they always reject the request

Please please help us in getting the refund of the hard earned money which we put in there as a membership

I Mitalee Verma wants to say that there is a need to cancel the Vacation Purchase Agreement (membership no : FHISDLS[protected] purchased on 6th May 2022 of 50000/- due to sales manager misguidance . Actually they haven't described all things (e.g AMC, Interest etc.) and sold the package under pressure & only for their own commission. It's a senior citizen package and a type of cheating with customers after taking money & not doing a solution from your end . Please take strong action against company and its agents .

Filled one coupon for Fortune Holidays. Got call from them that we have won a holiday trip and movie vouchers. They asked to join for dinner and to collect vouchers. No dinner was served and they wasted 1 hour in discussing about their membership which was out of our will. At last they handed over the vouchers.

From last 6 months, i am dropping them mails for movie ticket bookings but they are not even replying on mails. Tried calling but most of the times they dont pick and if they pick, they disconnect while talking.
