I m aggrieved complainant who wants to highlight to everyone that a fraud business is being run by this company. They call everyone for presentation and lure them by offering free stays and movie voucher. When you reach out to them for booking and getting the voucher they will always revert to you by saying that slots are not available. Reach out to us after two months. They will keep you at your mercy and will force you to plan according to them

Donot ever fall into this trap of free vouchers etc. You will never be able to avail the same.

We had availed our first holiday with FPV for our trip to Pondicherry on 20th of Aug. We are not happy with their services and would like to cancel our membership. Please find below some of the areas of dissatisfaction.

1. The whole process of booking a holiday with them is very tedious, as I have to send a mail to them with the date of my intended travel and location to which I want to travel. Then FPV team will get back with options and there is a lot of back and forth. In our case they were not able to provide us with any properties for our intended dates (13 to 15 Aug) and we had change all our travel plans to suit their needs. I could have very easily booked something online myself, but instead had to change my travel plans because they were not able to accommodate us for our intended dates and we had to take leaves instead o[censored]sing the off we had on Independence Day weekend. This is denial of service as they did not provide accommodation for our intended dates of travel. Instead we had to make do with whatever was provided and looks like I am at their mercy for my travel plans. I cannot take my holiday as per my convenience but have to take as per their convenience which is very inconvenient for us.
2. We were promised accomodation in 4*/5* properties while buying our membership, but all the options provided were only 3* properties, which we believe is FPV not holding up to the standard of conduct promised to us at the time of buying the membership.
3. At the time of purchase of membership, we were told we could book any property listed in your app for our holidays. So when we asked for options in Pondicherry, one of the options provided was Le Dupleix (which is also available in the app). We selected Le Dupleix and the team said we could not avail Le Dupleix for our complimentary offer, which we believe is denial of service on FPV's part and we had to select another 3* property for our vacation.

We are very dissatisfied with the whole process of booking and availing an holiday with FPV. As per their refund policy, we can cancel our membership within 5 days of availing our first holiday in case we are not satisfied with your services. Likewise we have notified them that we would like to cancel our membership. However, now they are saying that the membership is non refundable and non cancellable. The company is clearly a fraud company which is neither interested in giving services as promised nor is following the terms of its own refund policy. Please beware and don't buy any membership from this company. Rather than availing vacations peacefully, you will only lose your peace of mind if you buy the membership with them

Fortune park vacation has very drastic services. They don't have partnership with 5 star or 4 star properties and there is no refund process. Every company has refund process but this company policies are very drastic. They don't allow money to be refund. I am filing another case as they are not replying to my calls and on mails i got reply every time that they are going to talk to there management to refund money and i am taking followup since more than 15 days and still there is no result.

I want to cancel the membership and want refund as i am not satisfied with the services of the Fortune park vacation. It's very much difficult to mail every time to select the hotel and fortune park vacation don't have good inventory and very bad services as per my vacation they provided 3* hotel as they commit that i am going ro get the 4* or 5* hotels and the services of 3* is also pathetic. I want my miney back.

They have invited us to Fortune park hotel, White field bangalore, inspite of we rejecting their invite multiple times guy named Lucky insisted us to visit the hotel receive their hospitality and free vouchers for movie and stay in vacation spot within india.
After few hours of waiting and listening to their membership proposal (which rejected ultimately) they gave us coupons and to get redeemed from their team ([protected]@fortuneparkvacation.com)
This team is simply rejecting request from more than 3 months with same reason of no more free slot available for that particular month.

This is entirely false/wrong way of promotion, no one ever buys membership if you cant keep your promises.
Also their hospitality was so bad that they dont care once u visit their hotel.
Never ever i will choose fortune park hotel further.

I bought fortune Park Vacation membership in Oct 2021 at Dwarka New Delhi. Their sales team do hundreds of promises that they will provide you five star properties but after purchasing their membership I got to know that they are completely cheaters.
All their commitments are fake. They will offer you very cheap properties and if you ask for refund they simply deny and tell that this is non refundable.

I would suggest to every one -- please do not get into their trap, do not waste your hard earned money, time and energy. They are completely Fraud and fake.

They are scamming consumers with fake promises. Help desk team, especially Priya is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t even know how to speak with customers. Horrible services.

They have been scamming people with fake commitments while selling their membership. The helpdesk team is very unprofessional and rude, especially Priya. The sales person who sold us the ownership Santosh is unprofessional to the core as well.

Unfortunately I trusted Fortune Park Vacation and fell for their false promises. I paid Rs 2, 50, 000 for membership and enrolled on 9th April 2022 by falling into the commitments/promises made by the sales executive. I'm totally dissatisfied with the booking process, customer service and sales executive for below reasons; I had my first trip and as per their refund policy rule, within 5 days...

I bought fortune Park Vacation membership in September 2021 - thinking they are good brand and will keep their promise up.

Now got to know all commitments are fake there are not providing good properties as promised and everytime they have issue with booking and all.

They said we can cancel membership if we don't like that within 5 days of availing first vacation but now denying all things and harassing other people and making money.

Kindly take an action on them as so many people are suffering from this fraud.

It is a scam... I was invited in this at kaushambi for free stay and movie ticket voucher.. they were forcing me to take their package... I refused...
After that when i call them for movie tickets and stay they said rooms are not available and u have to pay 2850 rs for stay and have to take breakfast booking in advnce...and our contract with PVR is not going well so can't give tickets...

They don't do any hotel bookings against the free vouchers. When you make a booking request, they will start coming up with one new excuse everyday and after wasting 5-6 days they will say that you should request for bookings early, now the hotel rooms are unavailable. In short, you will just end up wasting your time and money if you buy anything from this bogus company.
Their Google reviews are paid and fake.

They just don't do any booking against the free vouchers they give you. Everytime you request a hotel or a movie booking through the voucher, their team will come up with an excuse for not making the booking. It has been 7 months since I have the voucher with me, but every time I make a request to redeem the voucher they reject it with a new excuse everytime. Now this time they refused to book a movie ticket giving another lame excuse.
So in short, the voucher is useless even though it promises a lot of things and you will never be able to utilize it. You will end up being a fool. Just don't waste your time with this company.

i have taken membership on 26 jan 2022 in Indore. that time sales executive have promised many thing but when i have decided to plan a trip to maldives that time they provided details of hotel which have package which cost around 2, 15, 00/- and 35000+60000+60000 was of only food for 5 days Maldives trip.
so i have decided to cancel my subscription but there executive said that u cant cancel membership.but i want to cancel my membership as my emi installment will be deduct from march 2022 and i haven't used their any of free hotel stay, vlcc voucher and movie tickets.

Fortune Park Vacation Member Promised Me To Give Vouchers Which I Haven't Even Received

On 5th October, 2021, I received a call from a person “Amit”, he offered 2 days free stay in hotel anywhere in the country and offered me free vouchers stating that it is a company’s marketing strategy. Thereafter, he invited me to collect the “vouchers” and “details of free stay” in the hotel “Radisson – Blu, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Uttar-Pradesh”. I went there with my wife Soniya Khanna. There, their sales representative came and discussed with us regarding the travel budget and offered us stay in 5 star hotels for 100 nights which we can utilise in 10 years (domestic & international). Also, after every 6 nights payment of Rs.8300 is mandatory as it is their some kind of fees. At that time we got highly influenced by their offer as usual rate of any five star property is around 10, 000 per night. We find it profitable and agreed to buy the membership and paid a full amount of Rs.1, 70, 000/-. The sales representative claimed us to offer stay in properties like:
JW Mariott
Taj
Radisson
Holiday Inn and so on
After 2 days we asked them to book a hotel in Manali, they offered us 2 properties:
Ashapuri Residency
Sun Park Resort
When we raised our dissatisfaction they offered another hotel:
Regenta Inn Blossoms
The usual fare of these hotels is around Rs.2000.
My wife also asked them to share hotels for Maldives, in response of which they shared only 1 hotel which is
Biyadhoo Island Resort (3 star hotel) which is a beach side resort but is exactly opposite to their commitment for water villa / 5 star hotel in Maldives.
Along with this, they also asked me to pay extra Rs. 37, 844/- for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is very unlikely as the breakfast is usually covered in the hotel package. This clearly proves their malafide intention to dupe money.
After experiencing this fraud we raised request for refund within a week of payment but they refused to refund stating that we signed an agreement mentioning non-refundable clause. We were not given enough time to read the whole agreement and they were in so much hurry to get it signed. They have played mind games and tricked us due to which we didn’t even realise that the contract is on my wife’s name and they have asked me to sign it. Also, the company officials were in so much hurry to get the money that they also didn’t check on whose name the contract is getting executed and to whom they are asking to sign it. When we realised the fraud they did with us then only we checked the contract and found this.
By using unethical selling strategy, they promised us to give stay in five star hotels but the booking was for cheap hotels which we do not consider for our stay. Even after several confirmations regarding 5 star hotels before the payment, they are still offering us cheap hotels when the payment was done and are not ready to refund our amount now. They did not make true statement of facts and clearly made false claims regarding the hotel booking which is a breach of Indian Contract Act, 1872. We wasted our time and fuel. Due to bad experience, we want chargeback of payment made on 6th October 2021.

Here is my first-hand initial experience after becoming member of a travel company with the name of ‘Fortune park vacation’. The aim of making effort and writing is that people should know the negative side of the company and do not get cheated by the company. I will start with the bottom line first – Its absolutely not worth. It’s a cheat company. They will never deliver what they promise during their sales meeting. After promising luxury vacation. They booked an Oyo hotel.

Date of incident - 13 Nov 21

The Fortue Park Vacation is worse than OYO hotel booking agency.
1. Whatever the sales guy told/promised me verbally, had no meaning after buying membership. Their customer care and booking agents told me this in those many words. The company at times will seems to be a fake company by their behaviour and quality of reservation agents. Do not visit their sales meet or become a member. Most of the things which they promise is lie or there is hidden charges and terms and conditions which they will not tell you. They will not give you time to think and will tell you to become member in one meeting only.

2. They don’t actually have any customer care. It’s the reservation office only. That’s[protected]. There are no separate people to listen to you. If you have paid them once the deadly snake has already bitten you. The sales guys get a good chunk of your initial payment as their incentive. Now the option is only to lose more money or lose the initial amount. Remember there is no cancellation policy. Although they will tell you that there is a provision of cancelling membership after availing first vacation, but the terms and condition is such that you will lose out lot of money from your paid amount. There is no turning back after becoming member.
3. They will take money in advance as membership fees thereafter they will blackmail you to their whims and fancies and their terms and conditions. If you deny they already have your several lakhs of money so they win, you lose. All the AMC has to be paid in advance before you start the vacation.
4. Once you buy the membership, sales guy will rarely pick up your call if not block you. So you will require to call from some other number. In my case I called from my other number.
5. The customer care told me not to contact sales guy as they can’t help you in any way except to help the company in blackmailing you further. Even the sales guy will tell you to contact booking number only.
6. During meeting with sales guy, they will show you all the branded good hotels like Marriott, Le meridian, Radisson, Hyatt, Novatel, Andaz etc. But they will offer you unbranded 2* or three * hotels. Here again once you confirm the hotel, there is no cancellation policy, So once you confirm them, and for any reason you have to cancel the trip, You will lose those many days from your days. They may offer you branded hotels only in off season when the price of those hotels is already very low and you could have got better deal yourself in those hotels.
7. The booking procedure will take you through dozens of torture and harassment sessions through mails and calls as they will keep offering you low grade unbranded hotels. You will have only one choice to accept their offer as you have already paid them lakhs of Rs.
8. Gift vouchers like free movie tickets and beauty parlour vouchers are also chargeable. In my case complimentary Hotel stay was declined altogether.
9. During the sales meeting, cancellation charge was told Rs 15000. But after becoming member it was told that cancellation charge as Rs 42000. So this was one more plain lie from their sales man.

I have purchased 10 years membership card of this company based on the promise made by their salesmen that hotels can be booked at any time during the year. However by cheating they got the contract paper signed by me without allowing us to read the terms & condition of this membership where it was mentioned that hotels would be booked subject to availability and now when I want to cancel my membership. They are refusing to cancel it. They have already taken rs. 1.5 lakhs from me. Please help me to expose them and also suggest what I can do?

I had bought membership of 5 yrs from FPV worth ₹95000 which promised 4-5 star hotel bookings and while availing the services they provide very cheap hotels and resorts, which are no where close to good properties.

I was promised cancellation of the membership if not happy with the services which i raised and was denied by the company. After this i posted a google review about the company and my experience with services.

As they were not ready to cancel the membership my wife tried to make a reservation from them which they denied saying until the review is removed from google our services will be on hold. Just because i posted the review they are not letting me use my membership for which i have paid, initially they lied about everything.

I just want my money back, i have all the email exchanges with their responses about the hotels and denial of services.

FPV is fraud and every thing is fake other than the lollipop they give initially. rest things are all scams.
how it starts ? first they will call you by saying you have won the free package voucher and some gifts and ask you to come to their office. once you get there they will show nice hotels and sweet talks and try to control your mind. that time you will not be able to think much. they will keep making fake promises, fake offers,...

Their free vouchers offer is a SCAM, don't fall for it. I did the same mistake.
The person on the phone will promise you a lot of things so that you come to a 5 start hotel to collect free vouchers. But when you go, they will force you to buy their membership and won't listen to you if you say No.
Secondly, their free vouchers are of no use. The PVR movie ticket voucher has a maximum limit of Rs 400 and that too you will have to call their customer care much in advance to book a ticket and its a headache doing that.
Then their 2N 3D vacation voucher will give you option only for 5 or 6 pre-decided locations which you will not want to visit, as these are the locations where you'd have already visited. So that is again a waste.
Similarly their Vibes parlor voucher is another trick.
Don't waste your time and fuel. They are fake.

Fake company. Kept on calling me to collect free travel vouchers and when I went they tried to sell me some fake membership. They should be reported.Its a fake business.Don't trust them . They are very Cheap even very Cheap and Fake company

Got hotel vouchers from fortune park vacations but last 3 months I am coordinating to avail this offer, till date they have not provided. Every time same message hotel not available. Fraud, un-responsive, un-professional. Local Guide, Fraud...

I started my day normally and then i got a call from some Rahul from Fortune Park Vacation. They promised me a coupon for a free stay at a 5 star hotel of my choice along with PVR tickets and Parlour Coupons.
In order to collect these i was asked to visit Pind Baluchi in RDC Ghaziabad.
They also advertised evening snacks and tea upon our visit. After traveling more than 10 KM i reached Pind Baluchi only to be received by a pitch to pay money for their membership. No snacks, No Coupons and not even water (Ended up paying for bottled water too).
Fake company, was registered last week and they claim to be operating from last 30 years.

Bogus Agency, I am an existing customer The services are not prompt and they are fraud too . They are pathetic and fake. Don't waste your time with them at all . You are a big Cheaters Fortune Park Vacation.
