From a fraud call from costumer complaint payment 11786 rs was deducted yesterday. Please kindlu help me to get my money back....

Dtd. 24Mar 2017 I received a call from an unknown number saying call from SBI that ur ATM card has been blocked n u want to unblock pl give ur card no I know it's fake so I disconn. I wish to caution everyone pl be careful i[censored] receive a call and the no is [protected] in true caller it's CARD . And also my friend receive another fake call [protected] saying from RBI

When I asked for his ID and bank address and branch code
He used abusing words and disconnected the phone
