I ordered an led lamp by seeing it in Instagram and ordered the led lamp which is prepaid. There is no confirmation in delivery date and I sent my photos. All my details are with them and not responding to my messages......

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I have ordered the product on 25th July 2023 but my product not deliver and Customer service very bad no response and the tracking link is showing that my order has been cancelled by the merchant so please help me....

I had placed an order with the number 42417 on March 30th. It has been almost 2 months now and I have not yet received the product. Their customer service WhatsApp keeps telling me to wait. I tried asking for a refund but all my emails, calls and WhatsApp texts where remain unanswered....

Hi team
I ordered my product from there website on 18 March and it's been 12 days and i did not receive any updates from them and I am unable to trick my order . And i texted them many times though all means of communication and i even tryed to call them but no response from them . The payment is also done. They are just wasting money and time of customers they are frauds please team take action against them.
Worst experience....
