I ordered freaky smudge frame on 18 may from them after seeing so the profile and website but after order they didn't update me at all. I ordered it to suprise my friend on his birthday but they aren't replying to my message.they are making fool of people.thry are fake. Their Instagram account should also be reported and their shop should also be closed....

Online fraud seller
I ordered an led lamp by seeing it in Instagram and ordered the led lamp which is prepaid. There is no confirmation in delivery date and I sent my photos. All my details are with them and not responding to my messages...

I have ordered the product on 25th July 2023 but my product not deliver and Customer service very bad no response and the tracking link is showing that my order has been cancelled by the merchant so please help me.

Complaint marked as Resolved Sir mne 25 July ko order Kiya tha or freakykart company ne mujhe 4 August ko Expected delivery diya magar 4 August ko mera product deliver nahi huwa fir mne mail or WhatsApp no(8147980327) massage Kiya Inka reply aata hai ki apko promise 13/08/23 ko dispatch product krwa dege or tracking I'd send kr dege magar 13/08/23 ko koi bhi update nahi Mila mujhe fir mne dubara massage Kiya to reply krte hai ki 15/08/23 ko dispatch kre ge apka product magar 15/08/23 ko bhi dispatch nahi kiya dubar se 20/08/23 ki date de di dispatch ki bar bar ye date dete jate hai or mere product ka sahi se koi update nahi aaya hai mne amount bhi pay kr diya hai 899₹ or amount refund krne ko bolta hu to reply nahi krte hai massage ka.

I had placed an order with the number 42417 on March 30th. It has been almost 2 months now and I have not yet received the product. Their customer service WhatsApp keeps telling me to wait. I tried asking for a refund but all my emails, calls and WhatsApp texts where remain unanswered.

Hi team
I ordered my product from there website on 18 March and it's been 12 days and i did not receive any updates from them and I am unable to trick my order . And i texted them many times though all means of communication and i even tryed to call them but no response from them . The payment is also done. They are just wasting money and time of customers they are frauds please team take action against them.
Worst experience.
