I have ordered a top from this app and they are not even delivering my dress it's been one month...I see that it's getting late and I asked them to cancel but still they are not even canceling or giving my money back they are still asking me to wait

I order 4 soft toys from freeup worth rs 1961
But recieved completely different product now seller is not answering me and even freeup customer care just giving me excuse wait for 72 hrs 5 days are already done but I didn't get my refund kindly help

I had recently Sold a product On 25th August Of amount ₹450 It is not a delivered to the buyer Now today is 18th September and I have not received any updates about my product that is sold and the buyer also has not go the parcel every day I complain to the support team they say to wait 24 hours or 48 hours it's been more than 25 days that I am waiting only but no updates or payment received There is no customer support that helps you when the such kind of issues occur I get my payment back or no

@All please do not buy or sell from freeup. Feeeup app stealing my parcels and now I don't have a track where is the package currently.

There is no customer care number for help and nobody contacted me for my concern.
Its been a month now a delivery boy picked up the parcel, it is showing in transit and suddenly history vanished.. Now I don't know what to do... can anyone help me ?

I have order some items from freeup on 6th of April it showed me the product will b deliver to me in 7-10 working days ...it has been more than 20 days the product is not yet delivered n it's showing the same status from day one ...i chat with the support team they only revert they have escalated this issue to delivering partner n u will receive ur order by tomorrow, but its not delivering... Requesting u to take strict action to either deliver the order or refund my amount...

I had made complaint against a seller who sent me fake product, they told me to send proof which i did now they are not reviewing the video it's been 3 days. I want my refund!!

Hello, I would like to complain about a certain abuser on the Freeup app. I want to take action against him until I file a formal complaint with both the app and the abuser. I have reported this behavior multiple times, but they haven't taken any action or banned him. He's been abusive towards me and multiple other people as well. If you don't take action against this person, then I will file a police report of Section 504 in the Indian Penal Code against him and you will be responsible for that after he continues to harass me even after multiple reports.
I have been continuously abused by Sikhu1 since the beginning. It started after I joined the app and ended when I left. He has even used vulgar language against me, threatened me with death threats, and even abuse the law to intimidate me into leaving. I have filed multiple complaints against him but they are not taking any action against him despite several reports on the same. If you don't take action against him or ban his account then I will take this matter up with the police department i.e Section 504 of The Indian Penal Code against him and Section 503 in The Indian Penal Code. I am attaching screenshots of that.take action in 24 hours and let me know.

I have got refund of Rs 51 from freeup app. The refund has not reflected into my account. Freeup has shared the refund reference number, please kindly make the refund reflect into my account as soon as possible!!
