I ordered a 2 piece suit and a tie-pocket square combo with a total price of around 12000.
These guys decided to pack the above 3 items and a free gift in a box smaller than a sneaker box!! Imagine!
And adding to that they didn’t even send any cover to keep my suit.
When I received my suit, it was all ruined and had wrinkles all over it. It already looks worn even before trying it on! On top of it, when I tried to raise a concern I only received 1 response, probably automated, that your complaint will be addressed shortly, which was never addressed.
After that they called me and said that it is my mistake that I didn’t choose their premium packaging and the clothes come in bad condition only with regular packaging.
Definitely not buying from this fraud company ever again and urge people not to rely on social media ads.

I brought three shirts for marriage, one for bethrol and one for marriage, but after the first wash the colour ran out and spread to other areas, and when I complained they said we can't give a guarantee for cotton shirts, what a response from the French crown...each shirt cost 2215.

French crown is a fraud company. Their product quality is poor and wastage of money. They don't even respond when I want to return the product. No one should buy anything from this fraud company. Basically it's a scam.

French crown is a fraud company and I will never purchase any products from this fraud company . I purchased 3 shirts online and out of that, 2 shirts I did not liked and requested for the replacement of one shirt. When I received the shirt, it was found that the alignments of the shirts was not correct and moreover the size was also not ok. I requested for the refund but the company refused to do that.

This company should be blacklisted and cost wise also the shirt is very expensive. The quality is also hopeless.

Don’t buy there!

These guys are scammers. Poor quality for high prices and no refund despite all promises! Fake address of German warehouse - parcel came back despite confirmed address. Cost me a lot of time and money.

I have purchased product from French Crown 10 days back through online payment and company is not shipping the order and same update posting whenever we query the order status. The status is like as " your shipment will be done in next 2 days".

I have purchased a shirt and there was size issue. I made 2 normal customisation like stiff collar which a normal one and American cut which is again a normal thing. The French crown team says that they will neither exchange nor refund the product. This is online fraud which is openly going with the customers. Kindly look into this matter in priority.

I paid Rs1997 and ordered for a sweat shirt. The parcel came. But the company did not provide OTP as required by the courier. I sent several calls mails no response. The WhatsApp message sent in the given number is not at all seen. I think this company is making fun of consumers and colkecting money.

Hi i purchased a pair of trousers from this website which is promoted on facebook looked to be classy and good quality bought a pair which was delivered in few days unfortunately there was a size issue and as normally happens for online sales asked for a replacement for a bigger size they obliged and i got a replacement yesterday again there was a size issue also a button holder was smaller in size i again connected with them but this time response was that i will need to pay 300 for a replacement courier i asked then refund the money to this they replied as they have replaced once they can’t refund as per their policy then a guy come who commented to me to check my waist size and fat shamed me i felt very bad and embarrassed i am now looking only for a refund and want to spread the word against this company also i checked their return t&c no where it mentioned that return is only once
