I have a pair of boots prepaid for 2900 from frenesi fashion since cod option was not available and now it’s been sooo long I haven’t got the product nor any updates from shipping. I tried to contact through WhatsApp but no response at all and call doesn’t work. Their Instagram account comment section is also disabled. Their website ‘orders’ section doesn’t have any tracking details and the status of my order remains unfulfilled....

I had order lounge set wear 2 months back till now I had not received it though I had paid it all.
FNF7896#. I[censored] GIES ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL THE ORDER KINDLY RETURN MH MONEY.

Found in Instagram. Ordered for a black dress on May 24th, 2024. This is their Whatsapp No. +[protected].

It's been over a month. I have contacted over whatsapp and they replied it will be delivered by June 18th.

However, now they are neither replying nor returning my money nor delivering anything.

Kindly look into the matter and block their instagram accounts websites and take necessary investigation on their phone number and location. These frauds needs be arrested and put behind bar.

After placing an order on 29th Jan i did not receive any confirmation...Further after 1 month of not getting any news, i checked this site and understood that there are many complaints, and concluded that i would never receive my order and it was a scam.
Finally yesterday (2 months later) i received a mail from Frenesi stating my order is getting delivered, with DTDC tracking...
I did receive my order...clothes do not have any...

I have ordered costume online from frenio fashion worth 2000 Rs but never received
Their customer care call come always busy and they don't respond even on emails.
Product was not delivered anytime.
Their website is fake. Do not fall in trap.

I have paid for two items worth 3415 but never got the delivery. I hope this complaint found by someone who cared. They hve their instagram page and they making fools of people.I m really disappointed to lost such hard earn money.

I have paid for the items but nothing was delivered. No reply on emails. No one picks up the phone number given. They are frauds. No one should shop from them.

Its been over a month the owner has stopped relying to me and they have taken a prepaid order of 6k and there is no update on where it is or how it is, they keep telling me 7 days 7 days but nothing got delivered

Unable to track my order or contact the company execs, they took payment in full but there is no communication as to when the order will be delivered and order tracking isn't available. This company is committing fraud, there are so many complaints about them, all the same, and yet they are continuing to scam people. Please do something they need to be stopped!

It is mentioned that you can cancel your order if it is not delivered within 25 day but they do not have any option of cancelling the order on their website.
They have this huge Instagram handle where the comments regarding the refunds, order updates are deleted by them.
