We are students doing oru MBA in banglore .We purchased a washing machine from frizty electronics on July 2022 at a price 6500.we asked for installation but they where not ready to install the product on that day saying that they will come and install it on the next day.From the day we bought that washing Machine it's not working.It was a defective one.its been 1 month now, we called them many times but they are not showing any interest to repair it or exchange the product.They where so rude to us..we called their manager and sales persons to return our money then they are saying they can't return the money behaving in a very rude manner.They are cheaters and fraud.They have so many customers about 80% of their customers have been cheated by them from the information we got about them ..They are doing this fraudulent activities now also and cheating lots of customer day by day.This should be stopped.. Don't get into their trap and lose your money..

They are big Fraudsters. They will ask for booking amount then once you finalize they will send the product but will not handover until you pay the complete amount. They will ask to start the product only after 3 hours to avoid shot circuit and will give some lame reasons for that. Post you start the product you realize it was faulty and then they will never respond and keep you in limbo. I had purchased a combo of Fridge and Washing machine at 12500. The Fridge supplied is defective piece.

Ordered fridge and washing machine from fritzy electronics through olx. They were extremely sweet in the beginning, saying product is 1 year old, they'll deliver only after quality check.
Next day product arrives at 10pm, delivery boy takes payment upfront and then keeps in the house. He says don't open for 2-3 hours as compressor needs to be stabilized after transport. Next day I opened plastic wrapping. Fridge door not closing and it's 11 years old, washing machine not working at all.
Owner refuses refund, customer care girl is super rude after delivery, customer service avoids calls, promises visit but never arrives.
It's a big fraud.

Please ask the seller to refund my money and take their faulty fridge.

Please ask the seller to take back the faulty fridge and proceed with my refund
