Not responding to calls

Hi,

I am trying to call them for last three days to the below number, they are not at all responding. i dont know how i am going to apply my baby OCI card,

un professional staff

Went to frro office in chennai on 11/12/2019 evening around 2.45 and the staff member at reception was very un proffesional toward the one guy infront of me saying "what can do" and said go and sit down. Then my turn arrives and its just to get print out from back office about my registration. He claimed he is busy and cant do. Basically he dont want to do any thing and just acted busy to people approaching him. Looks like he want money to...
