Hello Team,
We are trying to get response for the PCB board replacement from a month. When we spoke to local dealer( Raja refrigerators : [protected]), they are saying that they didn’t received PCB boards from supplier company, and they can’t do anything and getting very harsh response. So, please check this case on high priority.
Note : we don’t have any registered website where we can tract case details progress on daily basis. Please let us know if we have other alternate options to escalate/track against complaint number

Defective window AC supplied
I purchased one ton AC on 17.8.2020 from Electronics Paradise dealer in Rajapuri, Dwarka. AC supplied to me is old one manufactured in Jan 2018. The day it is installed is giving high level of noise when the speed of fan is increased. Made complaints in their toll free number twice but my problem is not resolved. As per their technician noise will come as this is heavy compressor and motor. I want either my problem is resolved or AC is replaced with another one.
