Address: No 37/1, 16 main road corner, Just opposite to Royal Enfield, BTM layout, 2nd stage Bangalore, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560076

I ordered a wardrobe on 16th of February from furniture corner BTM layout, Bangalore. They asked me to do the full payment i will delivered the product today evening before 8 PM. I did the same and i was waiting for the product to be delivered. But no one came for delivery so i called to the number which was given in the bill, that phone number was not reachable. I tried to call them 3 days with same number which was mentioned on the bill. But phone was not reachable so at last i went to the shop directly on 20th of Feb. I catch the shop people they told sorry for delay i will deliver the product by tomorrow 21st Feb. But still no one delivered the product. So went to the shop and asked to return my money they told ok i will return it by tomorrow 22nd feb, but i din't received my money. So I tried to call them, but no one is picked my phoñe and when i again went to the shop.. i was not able to catch the shop owner. Staff of the shop are saying that we can't do anything just speak with our owner. But that fellow is not picking our phone. I am really fed up with this. I want my money is to be refund please help me.

      Dear consumer forum team,

      We had ordered a dining table and a double bed from the shop mentioned in the subject. The date of the invoice is 21st may 2019, but the actual date of order is somewhere in the second week of april 2019. The shop owner has delivered the double and has taken inr 11000 in advance for the dining table and is not responding properly for the last two months. Every time i call, he does not pick up the phone and when we visit the shop, he always promises for the next week. It has been two months like this. We have to move away from our current house in two weeks and we still don't have any clarity on the progress. Kindly help in this regard.
