I have ordered Sofa worth Rs.25943 on 5th Apr 2023.
there is no response from furny regarding my delivery.

They gave 3 numbers in email to contact, no one picks the calls.

I have ordered and Paid for product on 5-1-23 and I was issued an invoice on the 11-1-23
However they have not delivered the product yet, despite several calls . Messages are not been responded as well.

CasaStyle, and Furney ... Worst experience ever, contacting Amazon buyers to buy from their website. Once bought, order status will be pending for whole month and God knows when bought product will be delivered. For me, I am waiting from 22nd of June till date (15th July). Each time informing different status with a different delivery date. I am afraid, whether they are really planning to deliver at all or not.

No reply, on whatsapp, emails and calls. This is frustrating.

Same people are operating other website name as furny.in.

It's been 20 days since the order and i have not received the item nor any updates regarding my order.

All my emails to support have gone unanswered and they would not initiate a refund either.

Another fraudulent ecommerce site.

This complaint is regarding my online DINING TABLE 6 SEATER purchase from https://www.furny.in .
I purchased ‘ DELLA DINING TABLE 6 SEATER ’ from this website and made advance payment of Rs. 24, 999.
The dining table delivered was completed DEFECTED TABLE TOP with serious WOOD DECAY& POLISH issue.
They use SUB STANDARD QUALITY WOOD MATERIALS and covers it with POLISH
Upon follow ups through continuous emails and phone calls, they arranged CARPENTER twice for inspection and later when found out about DEFECTED QUALITY WOOD they are asking to share the repair charges, which is totally unacceptable since have paid for NEW PRODUCT
There after sales, service and complaint entertaining is very bad, totally ignorance with false information, they mislead the customer and complaint, even they say there management is operated from USA and hence can’t give solution
Now company is not ready to REFUND or REPLACE THE DEFECTED TABLE TOP
