I have not received any update on my Refund and documents return,its almost 18 days that my LOAN account has been closed.

My Load No. HE296753, I have closed the loan on 4th Jan and paid the amount of Rs19,49,000 /- at your Branch office at Kormangala Bangalore to your collection officer Mr Jansi Rao.

Inspite of the my EMI of Rs 27737/- is debited from my account on 7th Jan.When contacted your customer care they told me that on 15th data will be updated and the refund amount will be refunded through NEFT.

On 15th I called your customer care and one Mr Akash informed me that he would call me in the evening and take my Bank details for refund which never happened.

I called your call center today and checked what is the refund they informed me that Rs 900/-is my refund amount.

Where as my refund amount should be Rs27737/-

I have applied for Future Capital Holding Ltd issue For 128 SHARES VIDE bid cum application form no. 4 4654858 on 15th JANUARY and have paid Rs.97920 vide chq no 727430 through union bank of india matunga(west) branch, mumbai.
Till date i have not received my refund
Please check the status and SEND ME THE REFUND ORDER as soon as possible. My DP details and Address is given below
