I am Complaining against this Fraud and Cheating Company, as they Called for a Free Faimly Dinner in a Five Star Hotel and for a Presentation. I reached with mt wifr and 2 small kids, It was around 09 PM. There Ms Hemani (Consultant) and Mr Siddiq Khan (Manager) met with us.

In the presentation they told that their company have 5 Star Aprtments and Hotels domestic and world wide. They have membership plans for such 5* properties in just 2 star rates, it was quite intresting and they told that the membership will be for 05 yrs/35 night and they will add 05 more nights to our plan as if we register on the name of my Wife.

And also will give discount on Credit Card payment and can given intrest free plans as they taken my ICICI HDFC and AXIS Cards already to check the maximum offier/discount.
Mr Siddiq (Manager) told that he should add name of my wife in file as its offer for females is there for extra discount.

I was not convienced to pay but they told that if it will not suit you you can cancel the membership any time. I told them that I will think about it and then will get back to them after this night, but they forced to decide on the spot as it was offier till 12 PM only, Since It was dinner invitation, and already it was late my kids started asking to eating something, then they offered some snacks and tea/cofee. While taking tea/cofee they made me agree to swap my HDFC Credti Card as told that I am lucky and will get discount on EMI. And made signature on EMI form for the same.
He made me assure that my hard earned money is safe and It can be cancel my membership anytime.
it was already around 11 PM, and almost kids lost their patience and finally I had asked for dinner table, then they showed place of dinner.
While taking Dinner, Ms Hemani Came on table given us Free Holiday cupon for 2 nights (which got expired now) and told she is in hurry as its almost midnight and getting late, and she asked to singed on maked form for formalities and didn't even given chance to read it as told that its the form which will be attached with bank EMI and for issuing the Membership.
"This was the Trick they used to make Fraud by hiding the terms and condtions and taken signate by cheating and in hurry on the form, while it was a cheating contract."
After Few Days due Health issue and Job unsecurity I wanted to canel the membership as the EMI would be un-necessirly expence and it seems that I would not able to bear the burden of EMI and extra charges for availing the service.
When I received the Contract Copy by Post, I send mail to Future Choice to ask the cancel the membership but they refused and told its non refundable. While it was never disclosed and not even told that form which we were signing is actually the Contract with hidden terms and condtions. Whcih neven given to Read or understand the terms and condtions.

I sent number of emails for cancel but they refused everytime and told that Its out of cancel period, while it was never ever told about this cluse of Cancilaltion time and Non-Refundable thing.

Later due my Job, I went out station for my Job and few months back I sent query for Hotel booking, but after continuse reminders they failed t give service,

So I want to claim my hard earned money back with intrest and compensation of the mentally harresd and tension given me for 2 years of EMI load.

I purchased their membership in January 2021. In December 2021 when I asked for a booking for 4 Nights at Manali they asked me to pay AMC charges+ GST which is more than the amount if I book online directly.
This means we are paying them in advance for nothing. Also the hotel they suggest are low standard. They will promise you 5 stars but offer 2-3 star or even unrated.
I have been assured, but not issued refund despite 10+ days of follow up, even after 1 year they are delaying like they plan to run away within a month.
My advice to all not to fall prey to their claims. Book your holidays online.

This is the scam of the highest level which government need to focus on. The holiday package SCAM ! I fell into their trap on 25th June 2021 at Holiday Inn Sec 90. As usual they invited for free dinner and free holiday voucher, accepting it was the biggest mistake of my life. When I went there the salesman started explaining the seminar that this offer is not for everyone it is exclusively for you and only valid for today ! They will start with your introduction and proceed then to show the beautiful hotels which is only in their laptop. They will tell you to accept this offer as soon as possible and will not let you alone until you pay the amount which was 143988 INR for 10 Years which is different for everyone and depends on the deal. Now the most important part they will bring the T&C for your signature and force you to sign it without letting you read it. DO NOT SIGN THE T&C WITHOUT READING IT. They will tell you that we live far from and we are getting late, these T&C are same as were told by the salesman but i warn you IT IS NOT SAME. It is completely opposite of what they tell you. Now, when I realized I have done the mistake I went to their office again & they told me to take the service and you will be satisfied.
I again agreed to their freebies and planned a trip to lansdowne now when I opting for any hotel they are telling me it is not in thier list or it is completely booked. You can not get the hotels of your choices forget 4 or 5 star properties.
They will tell you it is already booked or you have to pay as it is partner hotel. I again changed the lcoation to Mussorrie to check their service and ask for the options they again fooled me 3 star options.
They gave me one hotel option in which they were giving me basic room while promised a superior room during meeting.

I wrote a mail to terminate my membership because of all the above reason now they are telling me it is not refundable at all.

Please help me to get my hard earned money back. I have not slept since then.

There must be any law to do business here in India. Else, anyone can start anything and fool customers around and loot their hard earned money.

It is a one sided agreement and the people here are not at all supporting. They will stop picking your calls once you ask for the refund.

I request FCC to please refund my money back as I have not used their any service and not willing to use in future.
