Hello,

I had made a payment of Rs.10000/- towards to the wallet for using the amount in Big Bazar.

Now the store is closed and my balance amount will have to refunded to me,

Let me know whom to contact or raise a complaint in this regard. I have sent several mails to them, no response from them.

I tried to add money in future pay wallet. My money deduced from my account to atom tech but they denied.
I also sent them transaction details but money did not add into the wallet of future pay (Brand factory).

I also complained to atomtech but there is no sincere reply from there side.

I was deprived of shopping despite deducting my money.

Hi sir/madam,

I had purchased items from biggbazzar on 01/02/2019 for that i try to pay using the application future pay. I add money to my future pay biggbazzar wallet but the money got debited from account but its not added in the wallet i checked the recent transaction in the future pay app but its not showing. But i payment has been debited and i have the transaction id with me. I call them more then 30 times but the call is not attended by future pay. I email them my query but still now i don't get any response from future pay team. I need the refund and solution for this issue asap.

Unable to transfer my money back to bank account from wallet. As i don't want to use the wallet money as it is a very big amount of rs-7105 so i want it back to my back account please kindly help me out.
