Gaadizo car repair is the most worst service in the world. I loged a ticket with them on monday morning 3rd Jun they promised to do the pick up with some extra cost to which I agreed. Car was picked up around 5 in the evening. It is the 5th day today and I still have not recieved my car. They just keep making excuses around their own mis management.First I was kept in dark till tuesday then they said I should get my car on thursday to which i complained to their support email. A support exectuvie Deep Sharma promplty called me up and said he will ensure I get it by Friday and Friday evening I called him up however he was not sure about change in delivery day again by Arshad spoc at krishna automobile. Now they said that they did some wrong fitting hence they will give my car back on saturday. Please never give your car to them. I feel they like keeping customers car for themselves to ride during holidays. Go mechanic is far better then Gaadizo

They have the worst service centers do not get ur car serviced from them.Got my car serviced from a 3rd class service centre in sahibabad. Not even basic checks done like coolent top up. Mileage gone for a toss post service.The service center didn't even properly washed my car which is the most basic service.And their customer care reply is that if you get any problem let us know so are they waiting for us to get injured.This is a criminal case. And i would ask other customers who have been getting problems like this to please report to consumer court and if possible file a FIR. GAADIZO is a SCAM so please be aware else you would get duped like i got and try to get your car service from authorized dealers only

Awesome car service experience. Got my audi A4 serviced form Gaadizo. Excellent customer support.
Gaadizo and team, I wanted to extend a thank you and true appreciation for the work done on my Skoda Laura. You guys were extremely fair and honest throughout the whole process. Thanks again from a satisfied customer.

I had booked the services from this online startup gaadizo. But they returned my car without any proper servicing.This type of services is very harmful as its directly related to someone's life and they are playing with it.Please take a strict action against such looters and make them refund my money .These are the ones who are tarnishing the image of honest startups and also please issue an advisory for people to deter them from getting their car serviced from them.
