Gadget Cops Complaints & Reviews

I drishika aggarwal had deposited my micromax mobile with model number a102 on 23rd july 2015 because of non display of the screen.
I was informed that the mobile is damaged and i'll be given 2400 rupees approximately as the claim amount.
I have been calling them from last 1 year but there is no response from from them.
In the beginning they said that i'll get my money within a month but now they areally not even picking...

I deposited my phone with gadget cops(insurance company) in noida around 2 months back.
They said your phone will get repaired and be delivered to your home within 10-15 days.
inspite of repeated calls to their customer care and visit to noida office they are not repairing and delivering my phone(iphone 6)
I think it's a very irresponsible and unjustified act on their part....
