Claim id#1906103 (i perched on projector 42000/- on ebay india and seller cheated me by sending empty envelope cover)
The seller only send me envelope cover and projected like he deliver the product. it posible to send 40000 projector can send in envelope? i already check with blue dart customer care people and they told me i only get the envelope... but your claim department still doing investigation and waiting for setter (number one cheater)..
I bought this item using citi back emi option.. already i paid 2 emi s and 3rd bill also came and billing date is 13th july 2016..
But still ur claim people telling stories and asking me to wait 48hrs more then they will going to give update only..

Hello sir, in month of november i order product gm60 led projector rps 8000/- & get 22/12/2015 but after receive this item is not work properly so i contact to seller hemanth bk. he told me byintek 96 is good product. you return it and transfer more 18000/-rps in his sbi account no. [protected] so i done. after almost 2month on 10/2/2016 i got the product byintek96 led projector. but in few minutes led bulb has fuse & then i inform to the seller he told me that back to him for service in warranty so i back the product. but till now he did not & not response over phone. he always told me next week you 100% get after this month will replacement to you., but already passes 5month he fail to replace.. so please do needfull step..

Sir, i bought everycom led home cinema projector throgh ebay.In. The seller was galaxy it hub, mysure_karnadaka. For resolving the power failure problem they requested me to sendback the item to the company (Galaxy it hub, mysure). I sendback the item on 04/04/2016 and they received the item on 07/04/2016. After that they informed they will replace the product. But till 27/04/2016 i can"t get back the product. The do not give reply to my mail. The price of the product is 10299 rupees. I had purchased a product and payed Rs.8600 for it on ebay on 25/12/2015. Then they send me sellers details.I called him for delivery status. The seller said that there is another product better than this and u have to pay the difference amount and he gave his bank details to me.then i transfer Rs.1900 in his given account number.The seller didnt shipp the product on given time.So i reuested for refund. Till now he has not given me refund amount.He says he dont have time for refund.I also claimed for ebay refund on 7/12/2015.
The seller said to give positive comment in ebay then only he will transfer the refund amount and talked very rudely.Galaxy-it-hub mysore is the company name and Mr.Hemant B.K is the name of fraud seller.I also have the call recording with this seller.

he has deliver the projector but not deliver the 3d glasses or not refunding the balance amount of ₹ 6800/-.
after taking some action aganist him. he deliver the projector and but not deliver the 5 3d glasses for which i paid extra amout of ₹6800/-.
now he is not picking the phone. block my number on whatsapp and not giving any response of massages.
i am going to give police complaint in local police station and then forward to higher level.
