I have paid 1000 and 7000 rupees through UPI transaction respectively to galaxy travel on 22nd August 2023 . UPI reference number is[protected] and[protected]. Suhani who interacted with me for the packages and her mobile number is [protected]. Now none is picking my call and no response from them even If I send mail. I called the hotels which they shared for checkin, there is no payment in my name. I need refund the amount. I request you to help on this

On 29 Aug 2023 we booked trip for Gokarna n Murudeshwar from 29th sep to 2nd Oct 2023with advance amount of 22800 Rs. Agent name is Suhani and no is [protected]. After booking I get invoice receipt. But I am asking for Booking confirmation details but I didn't get any reply from them now her mobile is also not reachable. Another agent Nikita n her mb no is [protected] is called for new booking from galaxy travel but when I told her about existing booking she dropped call and now she is not answering. I confirmed with the hotels which are mentioned in the package that booking has not been done.
