I have paid 640 rs to games kharido company but i didn't get my diamonds in my account

It's so terrible please i want justice

Purchased diamond of RS 240/- from games kharido and They have debited my money and have not give me Free fire game Diamonds

I want my money refunded Immediately

I top up today for a 400 rupees but as I try checking the free fire account I haven't received any diamonds that was supposed to reach onto my account the payment was successful but no diamond haven't been received yet I want my money back
