I am received of tear and old dirty material received please refund my money I am not able this price but how am arrange this money you don't know so please refund my money

I have ordered a combo of 3 kurtis at 799. But I received a old and torned kurtis. The site had a return policy of 14 days but now the site is not reachable. Kindly arrange a return and refund my amount. Please do it in urgent note.
