Product not dispatched
I texted the WhatsApp number before ordering and they said it will be dispatched and delivered in 3days for prepaid orders. There has been no movement or any response for last 5days. I live in USA and planned an international courier for several items, so really wanted this lehenga to arrive in time in Chennai so that it can be couriered along with other items. They didn’t even provide tracking number. Worst customer service and I am posting reviews here in USA Facebook groups so that no one orders from this site

This is the worst website to buy clothes. you ll keep calling them they ll not pick calls. Very bad experience i had made order 1 month ago my order is not delivered yet and when you call them they don't tell when they ll ship the order neither ll they return your money.

garmentvilla is the worst site to order clothes. They take money and don't deliver the order. You keep calling them nobody will say the truth.

I too had a similar experience. I had ordered a navratri lehenga for rs.2499/-which was of poor quality ...their website image is very beautiful. But in reality, the lehenga was bad. When I requested for a return, it got picked up after 7 days. The shopkeeper told me that he will refund the amount once he receives the product. Now, he does not want to refund. He is telling me to go for an exchange. When I refuses, he has stopped taking my calls. Pathetic customer service. Please don't buy from garmentvilla.in. you will regret. Your money will be lost.
