My wife has been using Indane LPG (domestic, general) since 2007 from Gas & Gadgets, Behala, Kolkata. We recently took delivery of a cylinder after about 5 months and found an Advance/Loan figure in the bill, which was not there in the previous delivery bill. The dealer could not explain the reason. I am attaching the images of the two bills. Please see what happened....

The gas cylinder with refill booking no - 702728, was booked on[protected]. At first, it was delivered without any prior information at my home address, but it returned without delivery, as there was no one at home. Again, after several follow ups also, the gas cylinder was not delivered at a later date also, and yesterday, a message was received regarding cancellation and re - booking.
