Astha-[protected] from gati had promised on 31Oct11 after listenin to entire issue with gati that she accepts it was the agent mistake and Rs1538(courier charges)already paid will be refunded to me and I have to pay additional Rs 3177 as Octroi charges even though its not my mistake, if I need delivery of my goods from gati.I was forced to pay Rs3000 as Govt Octroi and gati charge me Rs 177 as service taxes on the Octroi and On 2nd nov after...

CONSIGNMENT DAMAGED - NO ACCOUNTABILITY - NOT BEING RRPLACED/REPAID FOR THE DAMAGE

Writing this mail post hearing that this is the best Customer Compaints Redressal Forum.
I am an international traveller on frequent corporate visits.
A brand new BIG SIZED TROLLEY has been severely damaged en-route to Pune from Kolkata.
It is neither been surveyed nor being replaced or repaid for the loss.
I lodged the comlaint within an hour it ws delivered and just post the delivery...
