I took the services of gati packers & movers to ship my personal stuff (6 boxes) from delhi to lucknow. I was told the charges will be rs 50/kg or rs 1000 per box, whichever is more. The bill sent to me on 19/7/2020 is of charged showing my weight as 140 kgs (Picture attached). The amount i paid was 140*50 = 7000 + 3% of 30000 (6 boxes, 5000*6) insurance + gst (18%) = rs 9460. This amount was paid via google pay to the bank account (Ms gati packers and movers, icici bank, account no.:[protected], ifsc: icici0001125). The transaction receipt has been attached.

Upon receiving the boxes in lucknow on 23/7/2020, i saw that the actual wt. And charged wt. Is mentioned as 70kgs in the receipt but i was charged for 140 kgs. Amount was paid before delivery and the gati packers & movers contact person sent a bill for 140kgs. The copy of the recept has been attached. The ideal amount i should have paid was 70*50=3500 + 3% of 30000 insurance + gst (18%) = rs 5030

One bajaj pulsar up16u4879 consignment note 488 date 22.09.19 for delivering from greater noida to naugachia. Bike was taken away on 22.09.19 night. Next day they whatsapped invoice and gave bank details for online payment. Paid online ₹5995 to ac no.[protected] on 23.09.19 as per bill and bank details sent on whatsapp. They said docket no will be provided next day. No docket detail provided and no response. They told me to contact [protected]. I contacted him who talked nicely but no docket detail furnished. Bike status not known. Do not know the fate of my bike. Their phone nos. Are [protected], [protected].

I have taken services of gati packers and movers for shifting my household goods from hyderabad to vishakhapatnam. I have taken their services on monday 29th april 2019. I wanted the delivery on thursday 2nd may. So i have taken the full container even though the full container is expensive 32000.
But i didnt recieve the delivery on thursday. When i enquired on thursday they were told the truck will reach late night on thursdday, so the delivery will be given on friday morning. When i was paid the total amount they were not responded my calls for two days.. I have not recieved my goods even on friday also. I have paid extra price for faster delivery but i didn’t get it. After many follow-ups i was received the households 10 days later.
While checking household items some of item were missed. When i enquired the same transportation they were told me will deliver by within two days, but after many days also they were not responded my calls also.
I am not received all items of households and i was paid for insurance also
Even my insurance also not refunded to me.
Very very irritated to me of gati packers and movers

Sir/Madam,

I am Albert, due to a change in my job role I had to transfer from Delhi to Pune. I enquired shifting my luggage, 2 pieces of luggage to Pune and one to Kerala at the office number of Gati Packers and Movers (http://www.gatipackersmoversncr.in/) on 5th September 2018 and I was told by their office staff, Mr. Nagesh and he confirmed that the rate shall be Rs 1000 for each piece of 20kg to Pune and Rs 1500 for 20kg delivering at Kerala, Alleppey District and promised door to door delivery. We agreed upon the total amount of Rs 3500. for the dimensions, weight and destination of the items of luggage. After checking with few more movers I was convinced by their rate.

The luggage was picked from my Delhi address (Om PG 1st Floor, Near Nawada Metro Station, Opposite Metro Pillar No. 744, Delhi) by 3 of their employees on 8th September (Saturday Evening). One of whom has given his visitor card with the companies email id and address. He collected Rs 2300 as advance. They gave me 2 receipts for the luggage for the respective address and another receipt for the advance.

On Sunday at around 11:30 one of the guy who came for pickup called me and told that the luggage has left from Delhi and I have to complete the payment. He forwarded a bill of Rs 15, 425 in WhatsApp and told I have to pay the rest of the money. He was asking to complete the payment by 3 p.m. On enquiring, about the extreme charges he started talking rash and abusing. When I requested to return my luggage at the collected point again he was demanding Rs 10, 000.

From 9th September they were demanding additional amounts varying from Rs 13, 000- Rs 7, 000 to complete the delivery, still far more than what we have agreed upon. Even now, my 3 pieces of luggage are in their custody and on enquiring they are harassing and demanding more and more amount to be credited to their account without any guarantee.

I request you to kindly intervene in this matter to get Justice.
