Shopclues is pathetic, fraud, they took my money and delivered me an empty parcel when i complained they did not reply anything to me...don't know when did they close my complaint stating the status declined .
I have sent an email to their CEO still no action has been taken its been a week not heard anything moreover whenever i called at their customer care they keep on disconnected call at the end i have forwarded the case to consumer...

I orderd an item, Order 983629 from, [protected]@gitanjaligroup.com on feb 18 2014.
Rakesh Bhosle confirmed that I will receive it at max 10 days, and most probably before that.
I followed up wth team and to my surprise nothing is being done till 10th day and even after 10 days, I got to know the item is not available.
I have to gift it to someone and whole thing got spoiled. I dont know what compensation...
