Got a call from [protected] saying my card has been selected for some gifts due to good history by ICICI bank and asked me to tell card color and card name.
Then called again and asked card name and color and transferred to so called higher executive and told about free gifts offer and told its free and that they are transferring call to ICICI IVR but transferred to Genesis service provider [protected] who guided parallely to generate card OTP from 5676766 and send it with all card details to IVR no +[protected]. So captured all card details and used it to deduct 7870 rupees from account.

Now when I am calling them they are saying they have done all this with my consent and Bank consent so its a valid thing.
But they started all these things by saying that they are from ICICI bank and IVR will not capture details since its authorised by ICICI bank.
So they are fraudsters and the the transaction is legally not done by me. That is done by other.

There other numbers of this Genesis service provider are: [protected], [protected].

When I called back to first number it was not available and other from other numbers they called and tried convincing me that they are genuine.

So please make people cautious of number: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
Please register these numbers in fraud numbers.
Also make people aware that that bank never calls as IVR. I was not aware of this.

No its not like that they already cleared me before payment that call is not from any bank totall 4 benefits you are getting.After billing also i received a call they already cleared me that all call is from GENISIS MART not from any bank.Actually we all are educated so we know bank didnot call to any body.Services are provide from only service provider.

these are fake/fraudulent calls. stay away and NEVER EVER give ur credit card details to anyone.
as per them that "YOUR BANK" should have all details so they can send u free gifts anytime without asking your credit or debit card details.

They have not cleared their terms & conditions. And after the payment was made they told me that I would need to pay Rs.500/- more at the time of booking.
Is it so ?
Am I duped by their offers or are genuine ?

I also got call regarding same as you mentioned in your post same offer and i was near to buy it but then i realize that this may be fraud and at the end i changed my mind.
I gone with website where there is a written only a special offer of 7999rs but there is nothing more information on website.
I thing we should go to consumer forum and i am also going to put a FIR on that call.

I have also received these call and about the package of 4 gifts. Are they fraud bcoz I have made the made the payement. has anyone availed it yet. plz share exp

I have also paid for their services for Rs 7999.But after receiving the voucher I learned that the holiday bookingsare not done by them but by another fraud company blue orange incentives.But another surprise waited me when I proceeded for booking.Blue orange asked to give 3 preferences in the booking voucher.I insisted that I want only my first preference of Kashmir because I had planned for same and subscribed for the voucher only for that.I also called Genesis Mart regarding my preference and made it very clear to both the agencies that they need not proceed if hotels are not available according to my first preference.They confirmed that they will call me before proceeding for booking and the last to preferences are just for sake of it and I will get the booking for Kashmir.Just before 15 days of my scheduled departure to Kashmir they called me to deposit another 500 rupees to get my prepaid hotel voucher that has been allotted for my third preferred place i.e. Goa and i have no other option than to take it.

I said I cannot accept this booking because I needed the hotels only for Kashmir.To this they cancelled my voucher and send it back to me.
I asked Genesis mart for refund but they said they don't have a refund policy and they are not responsible for any transactions with Blue Orange Incentives.Their attitude have now changed from humble to rude.

This guys have formed a nexus to cheat people and I guess group effort from all who have been duped by them needs to be done.

I have already raised a dispute with my credit card service provider for the transaction and will soon launch a complain with the consumer forum and cyber crime department.I would request everybody to do the same as a collective effort will definitely be not taken lightly

I received similar call from Genesis offering me holidays, UCB gifts, 30% discount on shopping, etc. for INR 7999/-.

I knew right from their 1st statement that they are frauds and played along with them.
On the final payment page, i purposely entered wrong details to avoid the payment.

Following this, they started calling me every 5 mins and saying that i have to do the payment because they spent their time explaining me the details.

They also indicated that they are not afraid of police.

I have recorded all of the conversations and have asked @DSCI_Connect, @rsprasad & @BlrCityPolice to provide a mail ID to submit the recordings.

REQUEST ALL NOT TO ENTERTAIN THESE CALLS.

Hi, I have received a call for same thing, Earlier While reading is Post above I thought I am also One of victim. But when I really get in touch with them then came to know this is all BS what these people are saying... They had informed about where they are calling from, always helped in service desk of customer care.

Enjoyed my vacation one in Pattaya and other one in Ooty. Really appreciate their work. Extremely Satisfying. And also received the Cash Back within the TAT informed.

Keep Going Genisis...

I also had an experience and now am knocking at consumer court. everything written above is true. The fact is they have outsourced everything and have no control on any subsidiary. I was given a facility by them and booking in a hotel too. When I reached in hotel there was no booking. The travelling agent was rude to the limit that she told me to roam around till the office opens.

If you have already paid then just pray that everything works out but the experience is not something you are going to relish. For now I am determined to teach them a lesson.

I also maintained with them after reading the reviews as they also told me that all was lie.
Lesson for me that so many reviewers cant have vested interests.

Idiots, they are cheaters they give false assurance. Bolte kuchha hain...aur hota kuchh hain..Never trust them.

A girl called and told I have been selected as VIP customer for using master and visa card and they have 4 offers for me.

They demanded for Rs. 8250 through my credit card (via IVR). Then I received a call from [protected] (mentioned their firm as Discover India). There I mentioned to call me after 1 hr. as I had meeting. Then suddenly there was call from earlier mobile (Lead) and his voice pace was entirely different. He was insisted me to pay the amount. and the way he was talking, there I clicked the doubt of fraud.
Thank God I didn't proceeded with that.

Card given to us saying that you will get Better Discount but when we came to know that this Fake Card we stopped using and Cal center Number not Reachable

Now let see we have Opt for Domestic Tour Looking Forward a positive reply or else this would also be fakes .

Even asked for 500Rs DD to Know the preference to go for Domestic Tour

Literally people dont buy ..Its Total Fake ..

I had received a call from ICICI credit card team service partners Chandigarh Branch regarding discount card along with credit card.

We had been told about this card over the phone that:
We will be given minimum 30 percent discount on every purchase done through credit card/debit card/cash
We will get extra 30 % discount on existing discount using this discount card
We had been told that this card can be swiped at each outlet where your credit card and debit card works
A few more offers had been told which were associated with the card. one holiday package was also given with this.

But when we actually received this card and holiday package, It was altogether a different story. many things which had been told were false. It was actually a holiday package while at the time of conversation all qualities of card (wrong or right) were highlighted. This card works at selected outlets only which do not lie under our vicinity.. none of the outlet offer 30 % discount, all are below that.

We just want to cancel this deal and following up for this for more than a week. and these people are behaving in a highly rude manner. We had been using the ICICI services from a very long time. but this type of behavior from staff is unexpected and not appreciable at all. No body is telling us the process to reverse this order and that is why we are left with the only option of sending you email.

If problem of this solution is not given, we will have to move towards consumer court.. it is about out hard earned money of 8410 Rs. and We had been treated in a very poor manner by customer care representative instead of providing solution

I have also received the same call from Genesis Smart and I was about to buy their service than I realized it could be a fraud because I couldn't find anything on their website. Also the representative named Rakesh was very aggressive while explaining about given offers and he just wanted me to provide my card details on IVR. This is absolutely fraud because first of all any genuine company will never call from any mobile no., secondly if they are providing us such good offers they will inform us through email. But Genisis Smart is directly calling us from mobile no. and without confirming even e-mail they are directly asking us to pay 8450 INR. Also when I asked them to call after 1 hour they denied saying that they will not be able to call again.

PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO NOT SHARE YOUR DETAILS WITH ANY SUCH COMPANIES.

They call them on behalf of card service but they are not...

They are telling you can return your parcel in 10 days... but if you try to return it they says there is no refund return policy ... FRAUD FRAUD... FRAUD...
