Hi,

I received a fraud call from genisismart.com.
They called me from a number +[protected]. They told me that i am speaking from HDFC credit card IVR will not capture details since its authorised by HDFC BANK . You can avail benefits like UCB Watch, Wallet, and 3 days 2 nights holiday package two times with a validity of 1 year. They made me pay through IVR gateway by making me pay while being on the call. I paid...

They have called me up numbers of time to sell their card along with holidays pacakages & watch.. Etc... When i told them that i have to discussed with my family first they said ok & on very next day one fellow called me up n said that they will debit rs1500 extra if i am not confirm them right now... Its totally fraud from 2 months i am constantly making mails/calls but they have not answering properly & not yet received the courier till...

I got a call from +91-[protected]. The guy named rahul & he was offered me ucb wrist watch worth rs.4000 + magnetic bracelate + holiday package voucher + 50 types of body check up for one of the family member + a transdeals card where i will get upto 30% of discounts.
It sound really great & it will cost me 8450 rs & a 710 approx for monthly emi.
I informed him that let me think about this & i will get back...

Blue Orange company along with Genesis Mart making fraud very cleverly .

Genesis Mart sold me the voucher's last year of rs. 8999/- i was trying to redeem since Feb 2017 as earlier to their target dates ie. 31 march 2017 and till date they have not done the booking and now they Re saying that this thing is not there that thing is not there . They have not done any single call from there end and always when I call they talk...
