Charging Problem

I have Genus Inverter and I am facing the problem since I bought this. Totally loss of money by purchasing the inverter of this company. My suggestion is not purchase the inverter of this company. Bablu (Meerut) [protected]

i am holding an current with your bank and not receciving the monthly statement on time oh sorry not received only for the month of december since today.so if its not done then i will have to go to RBI for complaining on this again n agi=ain as i m tired of this complains.

i purchased a genus inverter through one distributor in nigeria, after some time, i moved to a new apartment and when i tried to connect the inverter, the shortcircuit indicator kept blinking, and the alarm beeping. can you trouble shoot this unit and give me possible solutions?

Luminous Inverter 1400 watt — Non functioning of Inverter

We have luminious inverter in our house. Which stop working since last 2 days. Please help us and get this matter resolve as soon as possible.

I Had purchae a Inverter form Tanvi Industries kalyan dated 28/8/08 vide Invoice no. 453 and it was installed, but after installation we are facing some problem regarding power not comming properly, when i called him then every day he says today comming but till the date no one has attend the complaint, dealer is not attending my call and avoiding me to attend my complian . i am facing problem form last 5 months,

We purchased the inverter on the Brand Value of Genus,

If the custommer will get such level of service from Genus Brand hope a day will come the compitertor will kill the Product of Genus.

Any we Now i have purchased the genus brand inverter and bound to beg service . So could you please check & Revert. last hope from u.

I have purchase a Genus Inverter sr no.[protected]U1-800FHN from Prakash Electronics Hodal (haryana). on dated0 22.04.2009. After installing I found that inverter is not working properly. I register my complaint to dealer but he is ignoring my requests which were done by me by many times.

100% right complains bkz am also suffering like above. I think Genus is the worst quality as well worst service of the India. They people only know to cheat a customer.
In June 2010, I purchased Genus inverter from PAWAN Battery. After 2 month, Inverter is not working. I called to service center Agra(Lokesh-[protected] & sharma) but they people but not only ignoring my requests which were done by me by many times they people misbehave with me & told me very clearly that "JO KARNA HA KAR LO, JISKO BOLANA HA BOL DO, KOI KUCH NAI...".I was shocked bkz this was first incident in any service centre in my life.
I thought that have to forget the things but after that again I thought that will not take any action then they people again cheat to someone else.
So, I decided that will write to all our corporate friend & will request them to forward maximum to inform the all over India people that Genus is a very bad even worst brand who cheat their customer & don’t provide service.
Meanwhile am discussing with my advocate friend to take legal action for no service, cheating, harassment & misbehave.

I am a genus dealer at partur dist jalna (Mh) vedant Electricals, Isold a 5kava inverter to a petrol pump on 21 July 2010.from lat three days there is a problem in that inverter i have registred the complaint on toll free no-[protected] on Monday but still i did not get the service which you assure to be in 24 hours the complaint will be solved & companies sales persons are not attending any calls. please guide me what to do

after calling on customer care onty tells about complain no. but does not give service according to warranty period.

I am sudip from Lumding, (Assam), Dist-Nagaon. I had purchased One genus sine wave(800VA) inverter with 150Amp Exide battery from "Lord krishna Electronic" at Lumding Bazar(Assam) on 26/7/10. But for last 3months it is not charging by battery, moreover it frequently gives a sound with all the front indication light glowing at a time. So many times I have given complain he has given very poor respond. At last he has taken the both battery and Invertor. After few days he returned back the set but after three days it's giving same problem. I don't know whether there is no genus mechanic or shop propr not responding. Kindly send a mechanic. The custer care guys everyday tell me tomorrow, I tursted Genus that is why i brought but service is so poor any customer lost faith, Our ODISHA Engineer of Genus use alcohol sleep in day time @ home not responding phone call useally gossiping inside office with drunk position always negative replay to cusotmer about service. Why should company employed this type of Nonsence fellow .Here is my request to CEO & Chief Regional seles officer marketing staff should look after this type of mistake & revise the same ASAP.
