I purchased a genus inverter one year ago and it is under warranty of five years but now the battery is not working properly and does not give backup as mentioned in the detail when i purchased it. At that time the backup was mentioned upto seven hours but in actual it is not more than hardly two hours. I want the required action against the seller....
