I had placed an order for Digital Weighing scale on 19/10/2021 as per order no. PCPD-17218 and was supplied by the product today on 24/10/2021. I had made payment of Rs 999/- as per invoice no Retail90003 as COD. Sorry to find that the product is received in a damaged condition and requests immediate replacement

I just received the box, it seems empty and does not matach the size or weight as depicted in your site/ app of Snapdeal . The delivery was made by SHADOWFAX vied their concinement number SF15787234SDM. The delivery boy revived the payment Via my UPI IN FAVOUR OF SHADOWFAX TECHNOLOGIES OF A SUM OF RUPEES 599 . Pls have this box picked up back at the earliest and my payment refunded immediately. If possible pls send the same person who delivered it today, since he will recognise the box. Pls share his contact num with me, to enable me to contact him and prove my fact written above .
