Bad after sales service - No transparency in their dealing
We have a Skoda Laura CHO1AA 4878. The car met with an accident against a service road divider near Sec 48 Gurgaon. The car is covered by Magma HDI insurance. After the accident the car was promptly sent to Giriraj Motors JMD Pacific Square, Behind 32nd Milestone, Gurgaon Sector-15 Part 2, Gurgaon - 122001 for repairs! Not servicing of my Car
My Name is Virender Singh Hooda From Gurgaon I had purchased a new Skoda Laura in December'08. After 6 Months I am one of the worst sufferers of this idiotic company and stupid Laura. My problem is with both the car as well as the service.I had to tow away the car to the Skoda showroom M/s Giriraj Motors Pvt Ltd Gurgaon Sector-32. they can replaced a part it under warranty. The cars A/C is does not work and lots of problem I am facing...
