I wanted photos for Visa, they lady in the reception was rude and made us wait without telling us how long it would take while the photographer kept doing other work and instead of catering to customers. After 20 minutes of waiting the picture had hair covering the ears and when asked to edit they threw a fit. I had to discard the photos after 30 minutes of wasting my time. GK Vale sucks. Their customer service is the worst. The photographers...

Hello,
I had been to G.K,Vale photograph services kiosk, near Udupi Gardens, BTM, Bangalore today. I requested for a Schengen Visa photograph, and asked for 18 copies. When asked, if i should get a Coat and a tie, as i wanted it to be a formal picture, they mentioned that, that will be done digitally, and charged Rs 80/- extra for that. The total bill came to Rs 265/-. I did the payment and waited till the person came to take...

Dear Sir,
I took photos from GK VALE in NEW BEL ROAD ,BANGALORE.The Manager initially agreed to give me Negatives in Digital Form.I paid Rs130 for the photos plus negative.
Later he tells me he cannot copy the photo in my pen drive as promised.
This is a pure case of cheating and FRAUD by GK VALE ,NEW BEL ROAD,Bangalore.Kindly look into the matter.
