Product is so many problems and engine and self and battery so many problems in from to the show room no responsibility but my probuct return package to the company and my bike is 5000running and so many problems but my return to the company my bike but not responding to the show rooms but my product is so many problems and return to the my bike company

Product is more problems and battery and engine to continue problems in from to the show room and problem not ok and my bike return to company ok continue problems and any responsible no ok and my product return my bike 5000is running so many problems battery and self and engine and more problems show is any responsible to no ok my product is return

I am started using Hero vehicle from 1998 i have changed 5 vehicles as of now. Now i have glamour in march 2013 i have given it for service for changing back suspensions and oil change the final bill amount RS 3850 i have paid for service. in 25th march 1 suspension which i changed in march got oil leak. i went same dealer for that issue again he charged RS 641 for that. final i came to know that instead of maintaining hero motor cycles maintaining car is better. i never experienced this kind of situation from past 14 years. I have paid RS4491 as a service charge.

I have Hero Honda Glamour July 2010 Model, bike number is DL-13SG 7942, in which I am facing problem with overheating of silencer and abnormal noise from engine.
Since day one I am facing the same issue and even after 5 services from authorized service center they are not taking the concern seriously and saying we have ordered a new silencer from Head Office (since Oct 2010), but till today it’s not arrived, due to which few of my trouser & new pair of sport shoes damaged. Even after several polite reminders and requests they are not giving me any solutions.
When taking with an engineer (Mr. Jitendra) at Himgiri (Service center), they said we are observing the issue & will resolve soon but till date no positive response. I request if you don’t have any solution for the same kindly replace my bike or kindly refund my money back.
Kindly consider this case as soon as possible.

glamour — Not delivered even after 20 days of booking
Hi,I was booked Hero Honda Glamour bike on March 14 and was not delivered till date and reason they are saying like "there is no production at Hero Honda company", Please help with this.

Is hero honda worried about his product and user if yes, so give the solution for user if not why you told that you help customer after sale. glamour having so many problem like over heating, gear making abnormal noise. Hero honda observation running last year jully aprox one year, till date you are not able resolve the problem. are you aware .

Battery Failure

Undersigned had purchased Glamour(JH05AD 4328) on 30.06.2010 from M/s Union Motors,Sakchi, Jmashedpur. After riding of 5160 kms , batter has gone out of order.
As per M/s Union Motors ,Battery will be replaced after 30-45 days. It is merely impossible for me to drive the byke in Jamshedpur city. This for information that I am a sales engineer.
Pl. do needful as early as possible.
