Glaze Inc do not refund. They take shipping and packing charges. They want me to upi the money @ an ID that they gave me online. I asked for refund but didn't get any . So if their product malfunctions they say it's not product but installation process. They will not take back a perfectly good item for refund and resell it. This is outrageous. You have to install with video help. If it doesn't work somehow, it's all your fault and NO REFUND POLICY.

I have placed order on 29th Jan 2023 for one back case and tempered glass. Later on enquiry i got mail that they dnt have it in stock and they offered other case which I didn't want. I sent 3 reply mail as well as one fresh mail for cancelling my order. But no response. My order number is 154056. Never buy anything from them.

I have placed on order of screen protector and a back cover for my mi pad 5 here is my order number 148151, placed on 23rd October on glazedinc on their website. But didn't received any further updates. I have made my payment. In tracking page they are showing that the order is been packing, how many days it take to get packed. Please help me

I received a wrong tempered glass for my phone for which I payed ₹508.5. When I sent them a mail regarding the same they 1dt they said I have to watch a tutorial video tp fix it and it will fit fine but it didn't. After that they asked me to buy a instalation kit for installing the tempered glass which again I have to pay ₹165. Than I told them that the tempered glass doesn't fit my phone and so they said they will send a replacement but I have to pay for packaging and shipping which was ₹172. Why should I pay for their mistake and now they have stopped responding to me.

I have made a purchase of Nothing Phone 1 Transparent Back Case from GlazedInc with ourder id #141222 and paid an amount of Rs 585 via HDFC Bank UPI. Payment ID for the transaction is pay_K4j360ruU2xR9i . Due to the quality issues with the product, i have returned the product and reqeusted for a refund. As per then they have initiated a refund of Rs 585 to the source payment on August 19th with refund ID 'rfnd_K7QOxz4VgbPQiD'. I haven't received the refund amount even after a month. When I contacted GlazedInc, they have provided refund details and reqeust to check with Banck for further detaiks as the refund was already initiated from their end and was processed by RazroPay. But when i check with Bank with the UPI RRN provided by merchant, they told me it's an incalid one which doesn't exists.

i have placed a order on 4th june, they prommised me to deliver with in 2-3 days and after that i had sent couple of mails on support glazedInc but i didn't receive any proper response from Glazedinc and they are not even refunding back the money

i'm helpless here they don't even have customer service team and number, so dont know whom to contact

kindly resolve the issues as soon as possible

I ordered a case and tempered glass for OnePlus 9 on 8 May, 2022 and they were supposed to deliver it on or before 13 May, 2022, but I haven't received it yet it's 16 May, 2022. I made online payment of Rs. 895. I'm not even able to track my order because it's stuck on pickup rescheduled. I've even sent request to cancel my order and get refund as it has not left their warehouse but still nothing done. They just send you an email saying it will be resolved by our representative within 48 hours but nothing is resolved. They should have either delivered my order or cancel it and give me full refund. I came to know about this website from some youtubers and got impressed and decided to try it. It was my first experience and it's pathetic. I will never recommend to buy anything from glazedinc.

I have raised a request for exchange of my tempered glass which I have ordered from my mother's mail id but it's been 48 hours I didn't got a reply from glazedinc on my mother's mail id.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I purchased redmi note 10 pro real curved tempered glass and the product came as a redmi k40 tempered glass! It does not fit at all. They are asking a premium price for this product and claims to be the best in line ! They
replied one time claiming both phones have similar sized display then after that they don't reply and does not seem to bother about this issue. That product can not be fitted on Redmi k40 either. They are running a scam. Plz don't fall into their trap of giving premium quality glass. Buy from other sites with proper review system or buy offline if you care about your precious money!

I've ordered a matte armour case for redmi note 10 pro device on 18th of June, I also received email for the order confirmation and got the order number. But now if I want to track the order I can't do that because there no update given by your side related to dispatch.
So now it's 3rd of July and still I've no idea when the product is gonna deliver to me or not. I haven't stretched this thing so long but as I've paid already for this cover so I have to. So I want to cancel my order and want refund for my order. But still haven't got any update on the same.

I placed an order on 6th june 2021 on glazedinc.com and i didn't receive any further updates about it. When i tracked the order on 18th june, it showed cancellation requested although i didn't receive the order. I did not get any refund or any updates from the company even after sending mails to their customer support. They didn't respond to any of my mail and did not refund my money.

So I got to know about this website that sells "good" tempered glass and cover for smartphones. They claim to be the #1 in India, they just claim. But does opposite, i ordered a tempered glass and cover for my iQOO 7 device, it costed me around 900rs, 1st order that i received is for some other phone, absolutely fine its happens, i complaint and they provided replacement. Courier guy comes take away my whole product. Meanwhile they dispatched the new order. Today i have received the new order which only contains the cover and no glass. Extremely pathetic, they don't reply to mails no reply to tweets or dm, i also tried on insta to msg them but no reply. Now i want my full refund and not getting any reply from them.

I have ordered one product from glazedinc and after that they didn't pay me my refund and not answering my emails my I have ordered two products but I have got only one products refund only not other my refund order is #67717 and another is #67720 my amount is rs 450

Ordered tempered glass on 18 July with prepaid full payment of rs 495. But there is no clarity on the delivery till date. The shopping portal does not even have customer care number. Support is only handled through email. I have written 3 to 4 mails but there is no proper response or reply. Also called the delivery channel for tracking and they said the tracking I'd is not updated to them.

There is also no option to cancel the order. I also managed to get mobile. But no one answers the call as well.

I would like to get my order cancelled and refund of payment I had made as there is no proper response, no expected deliver date, very poor customer service, no update on delivery.

Had order a combo of tempered glass and matte hybrid case for poco x2 from the e commerce site glazedinc on the june 4th, received an early delivery on june 7th, but the package only came with the glazed tempered glass (Came in a black slender folding box). First i thought the case might be in the black box itself but i was wrong. Have mailed them about the issue expecting an immediate shipment of the missing case but haven't received any acknowledgement from their part (Aside a bot response). This kind of negligence is intolerable! I have read multiple stories of bad experiences people have had on read and also on the consumer complaint forum. Was expecting a response within 24 hours, and the company policy suggests it might take upto 48 hours for any acknowledgment, shall wait till that period (20+ hours left), if my complain goes unnoticed i will be taking more firmer steps to make sure this company doesn't just continue to rip off it's costumers. They haven't even provided a contact number or any other method to reach out besides an email. Hopefully my complaint gets resolved.
Anyway, this might just be an unintentional error from their side and my only wish is that they provide a speedy shipment to my missing order.

I ordered a product from glazedinc.com and received a wrong product on 21 March, 2020. I was supposed to receive a realme x2 screen protector and case but i received poco x2 one. As per their policy i mailed within 48hrs to get a exchange or refund suitable as per their policy but till date their is no reply from their side. There are many customers with the same problem spamming the same on their instagram page @glazedinc.
I have all valid proofs.

Glazedinc is not shipping my order and also not responding too I have prepaid to company but still they are not responding and also I can't cancel my order too I have paid payment of 765 and that is stuck

I tried to buy k20 pro curved glass from glazedinc.com on 8 november 2019. Rs 495 were deducted from my account and no order confirmation was done. This is in respect to the order placed with glazedinc (Order no. - 23590) by me on 25th august 2019 empered glass for my one plus 6. I had already paid the amount (Rs. 378) while placing the order. But when i received the order on 28th aug 2019 and opened it i found out that the box contained the tempered glass for redmi k20 pro.

I had ordered this product after seeing a couple of videos on youtube. However i had lodged an complaint regarding the same with glazedinc customer support and has asked for refund of the amount paid.
In the meantime i purchased another screen protector from another website since i was in need for the same and also informed glazedinc about this and requested another time for refund.

But however they didnt respond to my mails and has shipped an replacement unit (Order no.- 23590-c) instead of refunding the amount.

I do not need the replacement unit and i need the refund of my money paid. But the customer support from glazedinc is not responding to my mails nor i can contact them over call as they do not have any customer care no..

I need a resolution regarding this matter & want a full refund (Rs. 378) which i had already paid.

I had ordered a tempered glass for my mobile which is samsung A50 on 7th of june.Order number is #15913. Order has still not been picked up by ekart logistics.And they are not responding to my emails either. This has a become a serious issue as they are doing the same thing for every new costomer lately. Kindly look into the matter as they may be commiting fraud to hundreds of consumers
