I'm Vajid Ahamad, i writing this because of a delay in the delivery of my product. My current phone have some technical issue so I placed the order oppo A53s in your flipkart website on 26th Feb 2022 so its expected delivery is 12 march 2022. But the same product is being delivered next day of the order date, just 8 Kms away from home. I do not know why the company taking so much time to deliver my order, So, it's a request to you to take an action on why this company is taking 14-15 days to deliver. Now i called the customer care he said i have to wait the next 15 days to get the delivery. I had also paid the amount of my product which is in EMI. So it's my request to deliver the product as soon as possible within 2days. I mentioned my order details above also attaching the screenshots of an order placed.
I have almost 6 years relation with Flipkart. But really disappointed to see this.

I'm writing this with regard to my international parcel which i had send from Dubai to Meghalaya.

The tracking number of my shipment is EE[protected]AE. The last update is on 25th Nov 2020 it has been dispatched from Air LGBI AP TMO to Shillong NSH.

After this update nothing has been posted in the tracker. Neither did my friend received her parcel. I have attached the tracker details along with the complaint.

I'm worried why it is taking too long.

Your help on the matter is highly appreciated.

On 23rd-may-2016 my mother sent courier thru bluedart office which is in distt. Solan, deoghant (H. P). The courier was suppose to deliver to imphal but as the employee of bluedart wrongly entered the pin code which was 795001 but he entered 765001. Due to which the courier is travailing to bhubaneswar raygada. Even the slip which the employee gave the pin code was correct but when he entered in his computer he wrongly entered the pin code. Luckily i was tracking the courier online no. ([protected]) due to which i came to know it is going to the wrong area. Then i informed my mother to call on customer care and then they said the pin code was wrongly entered. And then they redirected the courier but how can a person do that and how you guys work. This not for the first time i have faced these kind of problem but this was my 3rd worst experience with blue dart courier services. The courier has to urgently deliver before 30th-may-2016 but due to your mistake the courier is traveling even i don't which places... Kindly look into this matter as you guys are the only courier service who claim to be the fastest and safest delivery and you guys charge also 2-3 times more then any other company and still you guys doing this then who will be interested to be your clients.

Immense harassment and valuable stolen while shifting through Global Cargo Movers and Packers, Dwarka .New Delhi
We just had a horrible situation while we (family) were busy looking for a reliable and economic Packers and movers for shifting our household goods from Delhi to Kolkata in the month of July 2013.

After a little workout I found Global Cargo Packers and movers from Dwarka. The sales executive Mr. Sunil was very aggressive to close the deal. After a little survey of my household belonging they handed me a quotation @ Rs. 23,000 plus.
Later while actual packing day it went up to Rs.31, 000 with additional insurance and fees.
Terms decided at that point of time is as follows
a. “50% by cheque at the beginning and rest 50% by cash at the time of delivery at destination.”
Accordingly we paid 16,600.00 at the departure.
b. The maximum time of delivery will be four days.
And the household goods were packed and lifted.

• Now the drama started from very next day ,received a call from Sunil that they cannot dispatch the goods and we need to pay the balance amount otherwise they cannot load it.
• We simply denied and stick to the above condition made during the deal.
• Number of times they called us and harass me and my wife for the money and warned that goods cannot be transported if we fail to deposit the net amount immediately.
• These men made false commitment and made a fraud with insurance amount, they took charges for an insurance value of one lakh rupees but actually make insurance for 15000 rupees without any valid proof of insurance.
• Never had they emailed me the insurance copy as promised.(took money against insurance)
• Finally they dumped the goods at Dankuni Chandan godown(storage) without informing us.
• However the driver somehow informed us to go and collect the goods of our own..
• The Global cargo threatened me /wife that unless we pay rest 15k and the godown charges we can never get the goods.
• It is important to mention we had lost our music system Phillips DVD audio video station(@ cost 7500.00) and I am quite sure it was stolen by them.
• We really got cheated by this cargo packers and movers..who did not deliver the goods even in ten days and barking over phone for money
• I sincerel appeal that this Global Packers and movers should not be in packers and movers business at all…and if they continue many other families like us would fall prey to them…again
• Finally they are threatening to pay us rest of the money ,which I refused as I had already paid 16 thousand )+transport ,labour charges from Dankuni to KOLKATA (@ 10,000/= ,moreover they have misplaced/stolen my DVD @7000/=
• I feel this sort of cheater company should not be permitted for movers/packers business.

I want to lodge a complaint against a packers and movers agency based out of Delhi by the name of - Global Cargo Packers & Movers, 365 Ground Floor, Nr. Govt. Girls School, Sec 26 Dwarka, Delhi - 110075, Ph.[protected]/ [protected] / [protected]; email - [protected]@globalcargopackers.com and website is www.globalcargopackers.com / Concerned person - Mr. Shekhar.

I had booked them for shifting my luggage via consignment no. 94 (for household used goods) and no. 97 (for car - Chevrolet Beat) from Delhi to Pune on 5th April 2013, with an assurance that it would reach Pune by 11th April 2013. However, these people are not giving me the correct status since the 11th. They have been delaying the delivery, and are not even answering our calls. The latest status that I get to hear today morning is that the luggage has been in Mumbai for last 2 days and would start moving from Mumbai only today and would reach me tomorrow, which I am again not sure of, since they have been giving such replies since the 11th. Also, as for the car, the Pune official of the company says that he has no idea where it is at present. The status that they gave about the consignment reaching me tomorrow was only for the other luggage. This agency is not giving a proper response to us and has caused us a lot of trouble. They are not taking our calls.

Request your immediate attention and help, as I have shifted to Pune alone, and do not have any luggage on me.
