I purchased a Luminous Inverter and a Battery. Installation was done by Mr. G Mohammed. After the installation one of the phase of the power supply went dead. And he said he will rectify it in a couple of hours. I also paid him. After which he didn't respond to my calls. Later I called and raised a complaint directly to Global Innovatives it's been 5 days now. Absolutely No Response!

I am Tharun From Global Innovatives 1493, J-block, 13th main road, Anna Nagar West, Chennai - 600040 .

My Vehicle Mahindra Maxximo ( TN-02-AU-0565 ) Was Given for a complaint issue in Zulaikha Motors 10/8, 3rd Main road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Ambattur Ch- 600058, On 20/04/2021 .

I got the sensor issue on my vehicle, So i Dropped it there. Service Advisor Mr.Ramachandran Was The One who assisted my vehicle.

I Followed him daily after 20/04/2021. He delinquently Postponding my Vehicle's Delivery everytime till now. Yesterday Mr.Punithavel Contacted us and told that the vehicle was finished its complaint and ready to take away.He also added a point the Coolant level of the vehicle was not upto the mark.He Blammed me for not topping up the coolant level in my vehicle.

I was Shocked after hearing the Point.He also said that due to not refilling the coolant, the engine head may have been damaged. He is constantly delaying the delivery of my vehicle.

I am really disappointed after hearing those words from him. You see I have a complete service history from 2014 since i had given the service to Zulaikha Motors Ambattur. From[protected] i gave the service to Balaji Motors, Puzhal.

I Am maintaining the vehicle as closest as my Wife. I don't know why zulaikha Motors has Took 4 Days to come to the conclusion today.I deeply suspect there is something fishy going on with them. You see between these 4 days why they took so long to Come to this conclusion. Very bad to see such Unprofessional work has been done to my vehicle.

I Kindly request you do not blame me from my side, It is all the shameful appoligies to be taken by them. Kindly do find the solution for my vehicle.

Dear Sir, I purchased one vaccum cleaner from M/sGlobal Innovaties from Trade fair conducted by Thinamalar in Coimbatore 16/08/2015. They sold one Vaccum Cleaner by getting Rs.2890/- and showed one piece and sold a damaged piece. When I tried to conatct thenumbers mentioned in the bill, they asked me to give the address, so that they will replace. But they are simply telling and not sending any person. So I visited the address...

We informed our aqua water purifier was not working there is malfunction inside.
Water delivery stopped.
We raised telephonic complaint but there is no response from GLOBAL INNOVATIVES

Problem scenerio:

I have problem in aqua Ro water purifier which was purchased in GLOBAL INNOVATIVES concern. I raised telephonic complaint - aqua water filter was not working for 2weeks.
They telling our service engg. Will come but I'm very much frustrated for this issue. No one
Already this aqua filter is under 1year came to attend this issue, Machine is under guarantee period even though they are not responding to me complaint.
kindly take necessary action against them immediately.

I have purchased uninterrupted power supply from Global innovatives as a distributor of Mahindra Powerol. I have chosen this product in a name of Mahindra. After one year the UPS was not performing 10% at all. The battery ( Exide Make) was failed . I purchased an inverter from this company 1 year ago, they cheated the batteries which they said it Will have power backup for 6 hours for the cost of 22k but the batteries are not providing backup not even for 2 hours. called and shouted many times but still they keep telling lame excuses. We recently purchased a Inverter from this company. Manager name is Murali Mohan. He supplied a faulty inverter which stopped working from the very next of day installation. Also they charged installation charges for connecting a wire directly to the power point. No wiring was done. Initially they said there is no labour for the minimal wiring needs to connect the Inverter properly. After purchase and payment, they say charges for all services. Even to attend to the fault for the brand new inverted, they are demanding a charge. To add to the trouble, Murali Mohan is not ready to talk, he passes the phone to another lady Deepika who seems to the complaint handler.

i purchased a new inverter with battery from global inovatives. on 10-05-11. he giving me a 2 years guarantee of the product , but from 12 th onwards his inverter is not working , i gave minimum 10 times complaint to his office but nobody respond . so plz note down a complaint against him . as early as possible.
