This are fraud company they talk like a genuine company but ones your order is placed and cash on delivery is paid this people don't pick up the phone i was charged 1700 for 2 kits of flash card at the time of sales commitment was of 600 cards received 270 cards zip bag not received sketchpad not received worksheet received 70 committed was 300 now no one is available on phone and watsup completely fraud completely fraud people

My order id is 492782. It was for UKG. it was delievered on 15th dec 2022. The material was wrong and seems to be old product. Also has not received the kit whatever tgey promised before ordering. I have discussed with [protected]. He has commited for replacement. Last communication has done on 17th dec. After that they are not picking my call and answering my whatsapp text. I have mailed tbeir customer care ([protected]@globalshiksha.com) also. But no reply.
My feedback i think i lost my 1K.
I am informing you as no other should not lost their hard earned money like that.

I hv bought a pendrive which has no content and not even work properly.. They cheated me and not even answer my call. They fraud customer by calling and after that not responds to complain against the product. This is only to make people fool and waste of money only. I need my money back.. Refund it.

This company keeps calling me nonstop asking me to buy something, after i bought just one thing to try for my kid. I am very upset with this.

DO NOT BUY any Educational packages from GlobalShiksha.

They take money in Advance... Supply you unusable study material..

Initially they tell it is refundable... Then when they repeatedly sent material which is not required by you.. Then they don't give refund... And try to harass you..

Now on complaining.. They have even blocked my Messenger, Facebook page comments so that other people will come to know of these scammers...

I have ordered study material in February 2021 and still I have not received correct study material... Money is already paid...

Staff is Ruthless and Founder is a Scammer...

Request you to share as much as possible and Tag GlobalShiksha India and Global Shiksha so that none of the parents are scammed further...

I recieved the pen drive today for class 3 cbse board... When I checked no content is there in the pen drive.. When I contacted the customer care .. No proper response from the team. I have paid 1500 rupees ... I need an explanation

We have ordered ukg work sheets by seeing sample sheets in online.and their standard is really high..so we Want to exchange ukg worksheets with lkg.i called same day when I got worksheets and they said they will do it.from next day they are not lifting the calls they are seeing what's app messages and not replying

Everyday I get call from globalshiksha asking me to purchase their worksheets as they are going to provide me discounts. It’s causing such a disturbance daily. I have told them I don’t need them n yet I keep getting calls from them. Kindly look into the matter and stop such nonsense

Your product is not reusable so you are accept my product these are you delivered to me.

We ordered a study package for class 3 to 8 for one student with lanavo tab m 8 model. 3 gb 32 gb
But they send us lanavo normal tab 2 gb 16gb.

They also not provided any assistance for study and any study material also not provided.

We want to cancel the deal and requesting refund full money but they are not agree.

I, hem purohit have purchased tab for children study material of class 5 to 12th.1st received tab without any data and educhat. After installation of educhat and uploaded by your good office.
But, syllabus not met with class 5th evs and also english data not uploaded.

My order number is 214109 and I had ordered the course for class 9 and 10th.

I have received the pen drive but its display is not proper and seems to be corrupted. perhaps it was not tested by Global Shiksha before sending to the customer.

i contacted on the customer care numbers but they were very rude in talking. They treated me like one time customer and don't want to build any customer relationship.

They also insisted me to send the pen drive on my cost which is around Rs 200 to be charged by Blue Dart Courier.
In this way my pen drive will cost me Rs 1801 +200 = rs 2001 which is not a good deal but lot frustrating.

Global Shiksha is making people fool by sending fake pen drives and making a lot of money.

I would suggest and request to all of you to not to buy any course from Global Shikha.

Sir,
I am kuppusamy, from krishnagiri, working as an officer in the cadre of deputy collector, placed my order for sd card for children on[protected] as follows
11th std. State board study sd
Card for my my daughter.
6th&7th cbse sd card for my son. I did not receive the card even after nearly 15 days of placing order. After i conducted your people, i was informed that by mistake it had been sent to pondichery. Pin code seems to have wrongly written as 605001 instead of 635001. I received it only on[protected] after paying the full amount rs1800.
But after that only real problem started.
After receiving the card, i inserted it to my mobile, i found corrupted data in it. Immediately i tried to conduct your office. Nobody responded me properly. Somebody attended my call, informed that they would come to my line. But they did not keep their promise. I didn't know what to do. I kept trying. They are avoiding my call.
Mentally i feel tortured. Is it not your duty to see how the card, which has been supplied, is working? I really wonder how could a good company staffs behave like this.
They didn't give me any technical support for making the card working. My children are totally upset. Ever since i received the card, i have made at least 100 attempt to contact your office. After seeing my number & hearing my voice they totally avoiding me.
I thought your company is reputed and responsible one. After seeing the way how you people are irresponsible, i really feel sorry for having having contact with you.
Sir, i need another sd card with u corrupted study materials for my children study immediately as they are nearing their exam.
I hope you won't make me feel stressed further.

I request to consider it, ask your staffs to contact me and maintain your good will.

Its just a sham in education field which is targeting thousands of students who trust them for their promises towards concept clarity, this private company must be legally defunct for its fraud operations as well as its cin all should stand cancelled.
Anyways a big warning to all those new students who are being in medical field to get prior checked before purchasing classes so that you guyz must not get misleaded

Dear customer head, my grievances is lying with you since jan'18 against order id 175785. Neither you are able to run the siftware nor you refund my hard earned money.

It is enough & enough & your entire team torturing the student & their parents in the name of good education.

The intention of the company & team is unfavourable & unprofessional to the citizens of this country.

One of fraud company marketing with number of volunteers in India and also mainly in the Capita Delhi without any fear. In the name of education, the company trying to misguide first through phone callings and then looting the public money.

I appeal to all Govt. bodies to take legal action against the company immediately. Letter Enclosed.

After calling several times nobody is responding n when mr. Shubam promise the worksheet of maharashtra board n has given other worksheet. Completely fake. N he has no courtesy to change n give the material. Nobody else is attending the call. Worst service provided. Worst experience ever. The company should be blamed for dis n keeping such employees.

This Company called for Interview for PHP developer eventhough worked in Java and other Languages. If you give output exactly with advance method also you will be rejected by the reason not followed in their steps. Full time waste. My Project now gets delay. Company environment also bad. Just eye wash. Don't loose your valuable work and time guys.
