For direspectful behaviour and dishonesty

I gave my honda Activa 6g scooty for checking in globus india industrial area ashok vihar . I give my scooty for a problem . They tell me 1100 approx costung it takes :
600 approx for checking service
500 approx for fuel and filtering
I asked for discount, there is guy told them me to give him 500 rupees dis ( price of fuel and filtering charges will include in checking service ) .
And its on 22 may 2023
Then i come on 26 may 2023 for my scooty, they denied for any discount and threatening me to take filtering part in scooty . The guy who gave me discount is so disrespectful and misbehaved. Everyone is there is nice but that one is most illmannered and dishonest person i ever see …..
And first
And second, i waiter about 1 hour for my honda scooty’s key .

Self start problem

I have faced problems in scooty, not work self start and kick problem also.
Workers don't talk properly.Still the problem was not solved. I have gone 2 times but same problem.ek or bat har bar mujhe 4, 5 hours bethate h, me handicapped hu, pir bi mujhe problem me 3, 4 hours rukne ke liye bolte h, aaj aaj bi me 4 hours ho chuke h, Plzz help me sir.
agar mai ise social media pr bhej du to kya kuch problem kam ho payegi. Btao ap

complaint against the officials

I am karan malik. My vehicle number is dl8sbb2323 and i have registered my complaint against the accident of my vehicle on (Date) but your company (Globus honda) dint registered my complaint to insurance company and also misplaced my documents and insurance claim form as well and because of your one mistake insurance company (Bajaj allianz) has declined my insurance claim. I got to know that yesterday (Timing) when insurance company called me and gave me the reason for declining my claim and they said because of the late acknowledgment of the accident to them. So that was your responsibility to inform them but you dint and because of that they have declined my insurance claim.
Now you please take some action for my vehicle as soon as possible because i am from middle class family and i have been travelling to my office from auto since the day accident happened and i cant bear too much expenses daily. If i wont get any response from you within 2 days then i will take my vehicle from you and mend it from outside and then you will have to give me all the expenses which i have incurred on it and travelling expenses too.
Now you and insurance company talk to each other and find a solution for that.

Did not receive bill and insurance

I bought Honda Activa on 29 june 2015 on cash from globus honda, saraswati vihar. At the time of billing they told me they will send bill and insurance on mail, but i did not get that. I went to showroom in febuary 2016 to collect an insurance and bill at that time they dont have anything with them. They are trying to issue an insurance from insurance company since 2 weeks after that they we can not arrange insurance as they dont have their database. When i asked for bill they told me earlier we used DMS software for billing, now we have changed the billing software, due to which we dont have past records even we can not provide you.
They charged me for everything and i paid, but at the time of issue they have denied this thing, although they are giving the substitute you may collect an insurance copy from authority. their manager Ram when i told him if you can not provide all things what would be the next step, they said go to head office and try that.
I just need to know why i will suffer so much for it, if i paid money to them and they have a responsibility for all process.
I have a RC which somehow i have collected froim them i can also provide you, if you will take this complaint ahead

i went to took my booked activa from globus honda,saraswati vihar,outer ring road after the call from the showroom but when we went there and gave the cheque as a payment mode they got dissaproved and said that you have go to the bank to transfer the payment so after that i went to the bank and transfered the money and came back to the showroom to take my activa but they said that we have sold that activa to someone else who has paid them in cash....so i think they are the cheaters and they r just fooling us by saying come some other day and then some other day ....

that showroom manager is a big basted and have no manners that how to talk with customers, ...
they even force people to take activa accessories with it which cost is very high as comparing in the market ... manager of that globus honda is a big bull ...

My name is ashish i went to globus Honda sarawti vihar on 5may in evening around 6.30pm.I want to purchase honda Activa, I wait there around 30minute but there was nobody come to us.
when we are going from there one employee i dont know the name came and asked about our requirement when i say that i need to purchase a honda activa, he say you wait and i send someone, then i wait again around 20 minute there but nobody will come. I Feel Like they Insult me.i Stand There Alone and see here and there, if you are not able to attend the customers then why you open the showrooms, really i am very disspointed with this anyone who is the head of HONDA Delhi Region. Please take the action for this.
