I had size issues with my product so returned it, next day of receiving.its been almost a month now, no refund has been issued. Cust care sometimes say, they haven’t received the item. Sometimes say refund is under process. But neither i got any mail nor the refund. Cust care on fb or sms dont respond. Worst service.

This is to bring into your attention about the bad behavior of the manager at kharghar store. Her name is chetana. She has no sense how to talk to i customer. Her body language was so rude ans insulting that i did buy anything. I have been regular customer to globus kharghar. This time i went for replacement of old product and to new garments but really dishearted with chetana's behaviour.

This is to request to the refund the cash, which is taken by globus store at shipra mall.
On 14 october, I went to globus store at shipra mall and brought the footwear but during transaction the ask me type the pin again as according to them 1st transaction was declined but my account as deducted twice for same product.
Its only necessary deduction by globus store.

I shopped at globus store, Moradabad and due to a reason i had to return the bought item same day and the staff issued a void slip of my payment saying that they have refunded my amount on 31st dec 2016 but today is 13th jan 2017 and still no refund have been provided to my bank account...amounting to Rs.881 plz help me in this issue the staff is not helping me in this case
