Electric home switch

As i have tried to contact the company, but they are not responding. And the problem of the switch is getting worse. I seriously need action taken against them. As they have promised the garranty of 20 years and the switch started problem in the third year. I hope you will respond me as soon as possible.

switches and sockets not working properly

We used our home only gm products for switches, sockets and fan regulators. But now all the above products are malfunctioning. At the time of buying, gm gave assured life time warranty and guaranty so we need free replacement.
1. One way switches -31 #,
2. Two way switches -10#.
3. Fan regulator-3 #.
4. Calling bell switch-2#
5. 5 amp socket -12#
6. 15 amp switch + fuse + socket (Ss) — 2#
7. 15 amp (Or 23 amp) bigger size switch with socket – 1 +1 (Refer photo)
So please guide me to solve the above issue very very urgently, because any electrical hazards or shock. The above gm company is only responsible. So please give me the reply as soon as possible. Thank you. Photos are added for your references.

Once I started electrical switches work GM newer supplied in time ।
Now I am facing lot of problem and for solutions I am contacting me Abhijit every time he said I am sending personally doing for you but after 2 months no one is coming to attend only they are passing time because they want to pass time
After that my warranty period is over
But I am sure I will go in court and in media also
They are spoiling GM modulers name
