I have not received any NOC from GMAC which financed my car loan for Verna in 2008. The loan was closed 2010 and the company doesn’t seem to be existing now. I have tried multiple ways to reach out them but failed to do so. I require your help in resolving the issue because I want to transfer my RC now. I can send more details regarding the loan....

I had taken car lona from GMAC Financial Services june.18,2008 and fully paid last may.2011. But since last date i can't recieved my NOC for car loan. Now GMAC Financial Services office is close from surat and no any comunication we recieved from them side.

sir i had owned a car in 2001 under hypotication of gmac finance services and given 46 cheque to them out of them 40 cheques r of 1 bank and 6 of other with time i forgot that i had given 6 cheues of other bank so 2 cheques bounces as soon as i came to know about the same i paid 500 rs penaulty and paid the amount. now since 4 yrs i m asking for noc they r not giving .they r asking for 18000rs extra as interest for delay of payment that is...
