I had ordered Ford Wheel Arch from Go Mechanic vide Order No: GMDEB719194 and it was cancelled on[protected] due to some company issue. i had paid advance of Rs.5310. since then i had contacted the company many times through customer care as well as throught email. every time i am given assurance that the refund will be initiated in few days. till date no refund has been initiated and the customer care says they dont have any update and told me to contact the company through e-mail.

Poor service nothing done as mentioned in the service.Intially my car average was 20-21 km after service which went to 15-16 km when i asked for recording after 7 days if service they told me we have recording saved for only 5-6 days. Nothing was done and checked as per service

Hi, I have sent my car to go mechanic workshop for AC. I got the work done advised by go mechanic for which they did charged me INR 7000. Within two days my car’s AC has stopped working and now they are asking me to change compressor and condenser. These guys are highly incompetent to handle the problem. Nor they have a kind attitude. They have kept my car for 2 days and now asking for more days for a simple thing like AC. THESE GUYS ARE TOTALLY A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Third class service in quality and attitude of a customer care executive. It is better to send your car to authorised workshops where they atleast take onus and rectify problems at once. I have wasted 3 complete days because of their poor service

I ordered 3 products from Go Mechanic, same time cancelled due to expected delivery was too late still forcefully delivered Philips fog lamp. So I requested for return and they pickup my order but I got total refunded amount of rupees 1410 as I paid 1904. Still rupees 494 pending from Go mechanic, I have taken lots of follow up but not responding and saying we paid all refunded amount. Request you to Please look into it on priority.

I have booked my AC service via go mechanic service center on dated 13 april 22, i have paid in adv Rs 1324 for my car AC services . but they have not done the same and demanding more money for services there and No any thing satisfactory service & respond received from go mechanic team and manager etc. i have tried many time by call, mail chat etc. i have recordings and all proofs for the same availed with me.some of them attached with this.
i have told for my refund.
but they completely deny for the same .( MR RAHUL MANAGER OF JAIPUR GO MECHANIC TEAM BEHAVE ME VERY RUDLY ON PHONE )
KINDLY TAKE NECESSORY ACTION SO THAT ANY OTHER PERSON BE SAFE FROM THEIR TRAP.

Brief description of the problem faced by me -
- Car was delivered on Jan 31st but when the car was during delivery to me i found something strange and mechanic told that coolant oil is leaking (around 500ml coolant got leaked)
- then the mechanic checked the cap of the coolant tank, he said it was not fixed properly then he fixed the issue
- Yesterday i.e on 6th Feb i had went out with my family for a temple far from my place around 80km (Note that i havent driven the vehicle from the 31st jan onwards, this is my first ride)
- Unfortunately during my first toll around 20kms from my home i found smoke coming out of hood of the car
- I opened the hood and there was not even a drop of coolant oil in the coolant tank. however i managed to go in auto and bring 1 litre of coolant (costing me 334rs from IOC)
- I had poured the same and started driving the vehicle again but again after 20km the coolant tank go emptied, i immediately reached out to service buddy but no response from him
- almost i had put 3 litres of coolant oil (costing me total Rs. 875) and 4 litres of mineral water (costing Rs. 80)
- It was a state highway, i managed to get a hold of car garage that too on a sunday he was on a holiday but he was good enough to check the car and he told that there is coolant oil burn from engine head gasket (probably gasket is damaged due to recent service provided by unprofessional mechanics which is from go mechanic)
- i reached out to service buddy, they were supposed to come to check the car today at 10am but they came at 3.30 and they are saying there is no problem from their side.

Problem from my side - I dont think there is any problem when i gave the car to go mechanic for service, infact i had driven 60km the day before i gave the car to service but there was no leakage or no smoke from bonet of the car but soon after the service this problem came. I m 100% sure the car was healthy as horse when i gave the car to service but it got unhealthy after the service from go mechanic

I gave my car for service in go mechanic problem is over heating. They quote bill amount of 40000 I gave approval to do that they finisher but after finishing my car is not even get started. I gave in running condition. I asked to do the work in their responsibility but their asking me more 50000 to service engine. Please take action on it. I am from Tamilnadu service provided in Tirupur . I have all record like bill, audio conversation etc..

I was working in c. P, so due to lack of time i went online for my car service and gave my car to go mechanic, as my car ac was not working i told the person to check and tell me the problem, he called me and said that ac coil is leaking that's why ac is not working, i told him to to fix a new coil and he gave me car back... After two days car ac stopped working, i called him he said bring the car will check again, i went all the way to vikaspuri delhi to hs work place, where he said the problem is different, so i told him that i will get it checked in company.. As summer was over and lack of time, i gave the car after two month and told the company to check ac too they told me that cooling coil is leak and it was never replaced... As my budget was not there so i told them not to do and i called the go mechanic, firstly they refused to take the case as it was two month already and then they again said we will check,, but after so much i was frusted and decided in this summer to get it done by a known friend in karol bagh, he gave me video showing that it was never replaced... So i whats-app go mechanic the same video for a action but they never bother to even call me and take some action, i told them i will complain in consumer forum they told do it... So i am here seeking a hepl against such people and tell them if they do wrong, they have to pay back double... So that do not cheat any one in life.
