Hello, i booked an order viro 4g smart phone on 20th september 2020 but till now no message recieved from the company. Please look in to this and get informed me as i am waiting for the order as soon as possible.

Mobile phone is ordered but not delivered. And i paid rs.2999/- through g-pay.

I haven't recd the mobile yet.

On 26th April 2020, i had ordered a mobile through go2shop, wide the order number #7730, for the Rs. 2999/- for the purchase of mobile ViRo3 pro.
Till now i do not have any info from the supplier, later i cancelled the order vide 5th May 2020.
I have a sent a mail to One Mr. Rajaram, Mail Id Rajaram.[protected]@gmail.com, for the cancellation of the product and refund the above amount. I do not have any communication from the said person or i have not received the said money.
I am not sure to whom i should contact.
Please help me in getting back my money.

The order no was given by go2shop is 7754
Now i login to their site through given link. It says go2shop currently unavailable

I had ordered a mobile handset on 17th april with full payment on go2shop portal but till date the item is being either delivered or any response i got from them. I have mail them several times but no response.
