1. Set of two coil cannot be separated without damaging other coil.
2. Coil does not burn till end once ignited
3. I have contacted customer care manager mr. Prasad sawant on land line no[protected] and email on [protected]@godrejcp.com, they have promised that defective coil will be picked up from my address but no one came for pickup....

PRIOR TO SPILTTING, I WAS HOLDING 30 SHARES; AFTER SPILTTING IT SHOULD HAVE BECOME 300 SHARES, BUT AS PER YOUR "POSTAL BALLOT FORM' DATED 19.01.2007 (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE LATEST POSTAL BALLOT FORM I HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOU) I HOLD ONLY 120 SHARES. PLEASE EXPLAIN.
