I have pad for a full year pest control service to Godrej Hi Care on the 22nd of Feb this year, post which I was given 1 service. This service was not usefull as I started seeing cockroaches in the house within 10days. I called thier customer care on teh 17th of march with teh complaint and was told that I would recieve a call from thier service center soon. Since then I have called thier customer careatleast 5 times between the 17th of March...

My PF amount settlement
Dear Sir/Madam
This is for reference no.90916062/tha-04/MH/40604/ /287/88180 and 90916063. My pf amount was sent to my ICIC bank account but since the name was not according to bank account, the sent the cheque(626156 and 150087) to me. I sent that check back to mentioned address on the letter with the courier (POD[protected] on 26th NOvember 2009. cheked with the courieer company and the lettre was delivered on 8th december.But...

Termite control
Hi,
I took the services of Godrej hi care. At the time of services they told me that the termite will not touch to my home for 5 year . But within 9 month Termit infest my home. they have charge me hefty amount . when i call to them they gave me GOLI .
