This fridge was bought in dec 2106, from then every year we have problem of cooling. Last there was gas leak, even last month it was repaired and gas charged (Rs.1800). Since last the same problem persists your tech now saying there is problem with condenser.
I presume that your tech is not capable or the quality of godrej product is of this standard.
Really i regret buying godrej refrigerator.
Kindly resolve this at the highest level and priority as i am following this problem since last week.

    I raman gupta customer of your company from last 30 years purchased the refrigerator nxw model from your dealer but i am very much sorry to say your service provider didn't taking any kind of interest to solve the problem even when we called there that people misbehaved with us and told we are not doing for you any thing go and complaint to our senior. One of your senior named rajinder sharma ph no. [protected] once he committed to us solve the problem but very next time he could not picked the phone.
    Sir, my complaints automatically closed by your service centre our last complaint no. Is d-[protected] dated[protected] another one is 163569.
    Sir, you very well knowing that this is the summer time what can we do please suggest.
    Hope you will consider our problem as soon as possible.

          I am an unfortunate customer who have purchased your godrej edge (5 star) 23C2 model on 10/06/2009
          At Murugan Enterprises , Ramapuram ,Chennai -600089 . Bill no: 6340 dated 10/06/2009.
          On last week of May 2010 , we found there is no chilling taking place in the fridge , we complaint to the godrej and at last on june 8th and gas was refilled in the compressor before the warranty period , instead of replacing during the warranty period technician have replaced the gas , the warranty period valid till 2014 .
          Again we had the same problem , No cooling in the refrigerator and nothing can be kept inside , so again on 20/9/2011 we gave a complaint ( call no : [protected] , CSN is 167share ) , one technician visited from the M/S MIDAS SERVICES 309, 34th street ,7th sector , k.k.nagar – 78 . Service order number 130822 dated 20/9/2011 , Service area CMC /061 . The technician has written in the slip for check of compressor and system choke , and informd us that other wing will come and check the compressor status . but till date nobody has turnded up..
          Kindly give the replacement for the entire unit , as we have faced this problem from godrej, 3 times .
          Hence kindly give a new piece , we are fadeup with godrej product .kindly reply

            Hi,

            I am godrej customer from last 30 years and now decided to never buy a godrej appliance because of your WORST service and quality. I am suffering from last 2 year because of your bad service. I bought a double door godrej fridge almost a year back and since then I have complained and got it repaired for like 15 to 20 times that too with full charges. My fridge is dead from last 1 month , everytime I pay commute/carry charges of fridge + service charges + parts change charges. I have been harrased like anything. Being an civilian I have full rights to file a case of mental harrasment and WORST service and frogery by giving default peice. I requst you to look in to this matter and get my refrigerator replaced else I have to take some serious actions.please help us as soon as possible for the replacement of new one with better performance.

            Refrigerator got dis function within two year 3 month of purchase. warranty period is of 5 year still he charged 1800 rs. (service charge and gas charge). despite service is very bad. customer care executive talked very badly and disconnected call. within one year of purchase no service call i get

              Complaint No - 156330 dt of Complaint - 02.05.11 Service Franchise - Freeze House
              Complained about rusting in the door of the refrigerator which is hardly 2 yrs old. The machine is under annual service contract with the service provider. The service provider took the door for painting and 15 days has since passed, it has not been returned.

                Respected Sir,
                Let me introduce first I, A.ARULMOZHI deprived Indian, who purchased your esteemed?????? Godrej product.
                I purchased Godrej fridge, Model No. eon 350 lit, double door, frost free at your dealer’s shop Saravana TV showroom, Tiruvallur, Pin 602001 on[protected] for an amount of Rs.18000/-. The amount I spent is negligible to you.
                Within two months your esteemed fridge not worked. I made a complaint immediately. After a couple of days your service person attended the fault on[protected]. He said timer problem and etc. One more service person came only on[protected] and he said compressor should be replaced. They took hardly 20 days to replace compressor ie on[protected]. That time itself one of your service expert advised us the fridge should be replaced by new one and the same was explained to your end. Based on this I explained everything to your service incharge Mr. Rajagopal, but he did not cares and strictly told replacement not possible. But I did a mistake, I would have gone to consumer court that time itself.
                The same fridge gives trouble on[protected], I made a complaint to shop where I purchased. Only on[protected] one of your service person came and told compressor not working. On[protected] Mr.Mathi, service person came and replaced compressor and collected Rs.1450/- for filling gas, etc. After a week, again one more compressor replaced by the same person. All your compressors work like this?
                On[protected] I made another complaint by using customer care no. 66300000. Complaint No. 336475. One of your service person came on[protected] and said compressor problem. Because of the summer I suffered like anything. Really I got fed up with your product. Are you not bothering about your product? Before purchase of this product I was using Godrej fridge since[protected] without any problem. (185 lit. deep door, FF, ). Only because of this and as well as I need more space to keep my items, I have gone for the same product. It is very shame to you and me also. I lost my hope, my fridge will not withstand any further repair. I kindly request the same is to be replaced by new one. (or) only possible by consumer court, I am ready to go also. Your advice is invited.

                  I Prashant Shah had bought a refrgerator from M/s.Bhavani Sales Corporation, Jamnagar, Gujarat on 19/03/2010 via incovice no. 3941.

                  Model No : GFE 26B1 Maxiconred

                  Unit Sr. No:[protected]

                  Since purchase we are finding the problems which are:

                  1. Ice formation happens on one side (i.e. left side only)from freezer.

                  2. Due to above excess amount of ice is getting formed on oneside and hence freezer door is not getting closed.

                  3. Defrost is not happening through the switch.

                  4. To avoid excessive ice formation (eading not able to close the freezer door), your servicemen gave one instruction that you have to switch off the refrigerator from main switch.

                  5. Once we do that the whole ice converts in to water and the tray below freezer get totally filled with it. Some amount of water goes directly in to the things kept in refrigerator such as milk, curd, vegitation etc.

                  6. Due to moister fungicides start growing in this rainy season specifically and food poisoning starts.

                  To address above problem since beginning, we have registered following complaints in last 10 months:

                      Respected Sir,

                      I had purchased Godrej Eon Refrigerator (Double Door) from Capital Electronics, 48 Kishan Ganj market , Delhi 110007 on 2.5.10, wide Invocie no: 9610. Within one month the lower portions door handle was broken. On my complaint to the dealer a person came from companies service station, came and told us that as this is plastic part and not covered under the guarantee of product and we have to pay Rs.400/- for replacing the handle.

                      And When I had asked if I will replace the handle what is the guarantee it will not get break again, is their any assurance of quality for particular period. The answer is NO, it has no guarantee.

                      After few days i got a call from comapny office and they told me that they will solve my problem vry soon but now its five months and their is no hope that they will solve the problem.

                      MY request to the concerned authorities that please look into this matter.

                      Godrej Refrigerator — Door handle to be replaced

                      We complained several times over phone and complaint numbers are also given. It was not attended for past 3 months. We never expected such poor response from reputed company like Godrej. If this kind of service or response is given by Godrej, their market reputation is at stake.

                      They gave us tele no of Mr Ravi kumar of Hyderabad. We contacted him but nothing is done till now. We gave our resi address where complaint has to be attended and also confirmed on payment of charges for rectification/replacement.

                      Your rep visited once and assured us they would be sending the door handle and cost was to be paid which was also confirmed by us.

                        I have purchased a refrigerator of Godpej One and half years back for my house in Howrah, W.B.. I stay at Gwalior, M.P. Already it has made trouble for 5 times during this period. During first year due to warrenty they gave us free service noe everytime at least rs.350 is charged. The company persons have admitted (verbally) that there is a manufacturing defect but they are not ready to replace the article. Thing are getting rotten, service is very poor, reply comes or engineers visit after 3 - 4 days and after several phonecalls. No great urgency from company side. My parents aging 62 and 57 are getting harassed. What to do ????

                        Godrej Refrigerator — Defected piece

                        I Purchased a fridge(godrej) on dated 30/11/2010 by the name of Kamla devi Ho.No 1j/37 N.I.T FBD from Reliance mart faridabad. when it delivered to my house I found that It was already defected piece.
